Dec.20, 2022. I called to snow removed from my residence and was so impressed by Kevin. He was friendly and witty! Put a smile on my face. They typically to not do residential however I let him know my little dog could not go in the backyard the snow was so deep. Given the snow we had last night he was very busy however he was going to come and help me out. When I asked how much he said a hot cup of tomoto soup…what a nice fellow; however I let him know I would leave cash under my front door mat. Turns out my son could make it into work given street conditions he was able to do it. I called and let Kevin know and thanked him for his consideration. Reminded me of the Richmond we used to live in; being friendly and all helping each other out! Suzan
