Over the past few months I’ve been getting junk mail from you. Then when I pull up my credit report I see you’ve done a hard inquiry into my credit, without my knowledge. I’ve never dealt with you, I’m unsure why you’re looking into my credit. Bad business practice. I’ve filed a dispute and I’ll be contacting your head office.

Ran into a bit of financial trouble and with fairstone we are on our way to a better credit score, and have since cleared up some major debt that was weighing us down. I found the experience i had with fairstone to be plesant and not painful at all. As long as you have your ducks in a row before proceeding to apply there should be no problem. Yes the interest is high but as your credit improves you can always re finance, and if your on a financial pinch these are the people that will help see you through. Again thanks fairstone.

I have no idea how I ended up on their mailing list. I've never had a loan product with them, nor would I consider one from them. Yet, here I sit with my umpteenth piece of mail suggesting I should take out a loan.On 3 or 4 occasions now, over the last 6 months, I have requested to be taken off their distribution list. The inability to accomplish this simple task confirms for me that I should never trust them with anything financial. Ordinarily I would only write a review on a company when I've used their core services or products. I felt compelled to make an exception, given the complete incompetence I've experienced in regards to their marketing efforts.

Absolutely a terrible financing option. Customer service is nearly useless. On the phone for 2 hours and getting absolutely nowhere. Not even able find out the sale terms after going through the online process and even getting approved. Question is, what I am approved for? No-one seems to know even after providing the account number, reference number, etc. Fairstone is a total JOKE! Fairstone is the reason that secondary finance institutions have a bad rap.

Not impressed. Was told all the information I needed to register online would come in the mail. Well I only got 1 of the 2 numbers required in the mail. They did not include the branch number on the documents so if you choose to go here make sure to get it. I dealt with Rebekah she was great ** and clearly based on this reply they dont believe that anything was done wrong. So probably just gonna keep doing it to people. Wont be lending here again**

Don't bother with these idiots. they tell you your approved make you spend all day getting them things they need to turn around and tell you your not approved. they told me because i was commission Sales I was declined even thou I used my guaranteed income. Yes i am Commission but am guaranteed certain amount a year but always make over. I do financing for a living and guaranteed income is guaranteed income
