Transport adapté STM

I'm a disabled person with the aid of a cane and been using this service for about 4 months now . Some of the drivers are absolutely rude . I've had one where the guy refused to help me down a slippery stairs . He berated me and then decided to call his boss to report me because I called him rude and unhuman .Next day I called the stm to report the matter but told me drivers are not allowed to help me .Two other drivers were rude . They can barely speak or understand English. So when I told the first one where to drop me off he told me to shut up and let him do his job. He went around in circles and shouting at me that he knows where to drop me off. He was taking me to the wrong entrance and refused to take my directions .He ended up calling his boss to get the proper directions.The other one was telling me that he don't understand me and I should let him do his job because I asked for some heat. I was cold after dialysis.Then he argued with other passengers. I guess he was having a bad day

I just wanted to say that I'm really and extremely happy about the peoples that live on the island of Montreal,Québec,Canada that we and all of Us are exateamly Lucky to have the transportation we do and that alot of us C. omplain about our services for Nothing and that the one's that do are weak as well they should be content to have the Services we do and STOP COMPLAINING FOR NOTHING JUST EXCEPT THE THINGS WE DO HAVE BECAUSE THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE'S THAT DON'T HAVE WHAT WE TAKE FOR GRANTED.

I just spoke with 2 of your staff about whether or not I COULD apply for Transport Adaptė considering I only need it during the winter. I will just say two things. The two women I spoke with are the absolute definition of quality customer service and your system even though I was on hold for almost 45 minutes kept me so happy because it always told me where I was in the queue. Thanks so much

They come earlier than booked, they cone later than booked so you freeze waiting. Drivers are bad not respecting traffic rules. One was abusive and rude - neurotic sociopath. Drivers are are not trained to work with disabled. They are uneducated and bad manered. No patience. STM- s degenerating service overall.

All was good except for 3 Drivers,one was very rude ,another drive way to fast, and another one was smelling of booze.

Only been using the service for a short time but I love it for myself. Easy-to-use website, largely on time! It's a great service.I'm happy to say they've restored the ability for people to travel with a companion after a bout of mass hiring. This is especially important for those who need this accompaniment.

I always reserve online for my 92-year-old mother for many years now. I have no problem whatsoever with the majority of the drivers, but some drivers are rude, disrespectful to my mother and I as her companion. This past Wednesday (May 1, 2023), for example: the driver who came to pick us up at a shopping center to take us back to my mother's house, took it upon himself to suggest that my mother should not be living in her OWN house which she has occupied for over 40 years, and go to a residence...what? He is neither a doctor or a therapist for heaven's sake! All this because my mother had difficulty going up the steps, having excruciating pain in her knee due to osteoarthritis but she has her good days and never complains. She also suffers from advanced scoliosis. Instead of giving her a hand which the driver in question was supposed to do, he wouldn't stop arguing with me and even had the audacity to call his supervisor and put him on speaker! I did all the work and told him to take my mother's walker with seat upstairs and leave immediately before the situation escalated. What is the matter with people? This kind of self-righteous attitude and behavior has got to stop once and for all; it's unacceptable in this day and age. The Transport adapté driver's role, so I'm told, is to assist handicapped and elderly people with lack of mobility from door to door, not to give their opinion that is not asked of them. My mother has no other alternative but to use Transport adapté as her ONLY option to move around.

The service is always on time, the drivers polite and efficient. I mostly get the small car shared with others , never had any problems. My sisters live out of town their adapted transport although free, don't compare, there is always problems with theirs So the STM does have the best service

Representatives are 99% of the times so kind, respectfull and understanding.Today 27 th of January I was talking to a costumer rep Suddenly I received a call from the hospital. The discussion about my appointment took so long that when I returned to STM Rep she was gone.After 15 minutes a lady called telling me she was Stefani she reminded me that we were talking and still I was thinking she is from the hospital. I couldn't believe myself when she kind and calmly said she was from STM. I couldn't even imagine that.I wish we had all the world people and organisations like TRANSPORT ADAPTÉ
