Was very obvious the person working the drive thru did NOT want to be there. NOT friendly at all . Got 3 burgers. Wanted one with extra pickles....3 total is extra? Never mind that the burger was cold. Gravy...you pay an arm and leg for and get barely a 1/4 in the container. RIP OFF.

Just got wendys around 9:25pm got home maybe a 4 min drive.. everything is literally cold. the chicken burger looks super greasy and dark. like its sat and been fried 5 times.. the gravy is jelly. fries cold to the touch. the guy took my order then told me they were only accepting card i said okay.. then when he hands me my food fast and he literally said nothing and closed the window. i tried to call but no one even answers the phone. I got served cold food because they close at 10pm.. when i called the last time at 10pm they let it ring 3 times and ignored the call.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I waited 10 minutes just to have no one come to the till at all. I had to yell to actually get their attention. My food proceeded to not be made for another 10 minutes and showed up cold. Oh and the cheery on top: they forgot not one but two burgers. Do not go here there is horrible service!!!

It’s become a hole in the wall restaurant. The service is brutal, the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, and they close the business down 15 minutes before closing time. I wouldn’t waste your time going.

Why is this location always so filthy. I’m from out of town but frequent Sylvan Lake often. I don’t have a Wendy’s where I live so it’s my go to when I’m visiting a town that does. The service is awful. The staff are rude and don’t listen to what you are ordering. Zeros Fs given by everyone that works there. I visited during a quiet part of the day and the tables were all dirty. An employee came out and sat at a dirty table and ate his dinner. Apparently their ideal level of cleanliness is much lower then an average fast food joint. Will not be dining or using drive thru here again.

Done with this location.. Its always been our Sunday go to but not anymore. Staff are Rude and have zero customer service skills, Even taking your order seems like your inconveniencing them. I don't trust them with my food anymore especially when you see how dirty the inside is all the time. Pop machine is always broken and out of almost all flavors. They mess up orders 99% of the time and NEVER give you a receipt so you have no proof. They also pretend to scan your app and you never receive points.

Don’t go to this Wendy’s unless you want to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I understand big orders take awhile but I have worked in fast food and we used to park people for this exact reason. To top it off my food was cold when I received it from the window.

Staff seems very standoffish every time I come here to eat. I never feel welcomed. Today when eating I found a hair in my food and was so disgusted that I couldn’t finish my meal.
