Heritage Green Sports Park

Really nice park and all, but apparently it was built on top of a dump and smells really bad

This park is very nice but it doesnt have much when it comes to the play structures. If you have a toddler there's not much for them to do there. There are swings and a teeter totter that's age appropriate but the other things are more if you have a brave toddler. Such as the spinny thing or the chair that goes along the rail haha. Obviously I don't know what these things are called. It would be nice if the city put in a little slide or play structure for the little ones but for now I suggest you pack a ball or some bubbles to keep the little ones occupied. There is a lot of green space for the kids to run around so that's an upside to it. If it's a hot summer day remember your towel cause they have a nice splash pad you can run around in. But my kids had a blast and didn't want to leave.

Great soccer fields,well maintained,lots of parking,restrooms open,easy to find,there is a tims n wendys not far at centennial and mud for fast food

The grounds are huge! The park has a very nice well equipped playground including a zip line and splash pad for kids. There are several courts for soccer, volleyball ball, baseball etc with bleachers installed. It has a big parking lot and washrooms are available on site and accessible. There’s a lot of green space and the grounds are very well maintained.

A lot of football fields to use so whenever u wanna train you don’t gotta share a field and the fields are pretty solid to

I rated it one stars because no matter what the condition of the facilities are the smell from the active dump beside the park was very off-putting. Also, the city didn't have the brains to connect the trails of this large park with the trails of Felker's Falls Conservation Area trails directly beside it.

Great turf..needs some shade or protection escoecially on windy days or rain days..

Lots to do. Soccer, baseball, softball, splash pads and playground, restrooms open to the public. Lights on the diamonds and areas to walk your dog. The only thing I didn't see was a concession stand.

Terrible public soccer fields no public access to actual good fields is a really big disappointment really not a good look for Canadian soccer and trying to progress the sport, makes no sense to me why the public can’t have access to good fields when games are not taking place on them really missed opportunity to help kids improve
