GMF Médi-Centre Chomedey

It was my first time at this clinic. I had a minor issue and this clinic was the only one available in my time slot for the appointment. My appt was at 1:10. The nurse was nice ask everything she had to, to complete my file. I had to wait in the room until 2pm just to see the doctor. All I hear in the staff room was the staff talking about their weekends. At this point I thought about taking a nap. Anyways, it was with Doctor Moustapha. She came in and ask about my concern. So I told her. She didn’t seems to care and just wanting to be done with me. I wasn’t feeling well and she did come up with the conclusion that nothing was wrong with me and everything looks fine to her. I was in pain and that look normal to her. She did not require kind of treatment. I wasted my time to come here for her to tell me I’m fine and that I can go home. Does not make any sense to me. Doctor Moustapha, please take your job seriously and if a patient raise their concern listen to them and try to give them the right treatment instead of sending them home without any good explanations.

This is worse clinic to visit… I have to waited 1hour and half for appointment.. my son is only 10 months old … The clinic is not timed at all. All other patients been waiting for long when have appointment doesn’t matters the appointment time because they are not organized on time. Never recommend to anyone

My experience was so so. Getting an appointment was easy. The dr didn’t ask about how long I was on the medication. Just gave me a renewal. Getting an appointment for something else was impossible on line. Calling doesn’t help. Not supposed to go in person. The System is definitely broken

Had to leave a 5 star rating. This was the first time I’ve ever booked an appointment with rendez-vous sante quebec. Saw the low rating of this place and was a bit skeptical but went ahead anyways…absolute astounding efficiency and professionalism I’ve ever encountered! Was able to see a doctor within 10 minutes on the first day, book an appointment with the radiologist the next following two days and get a prescription from the doctor in a timely fashion!! Both receptionists were super friendly (working on a Friday evening and another during the day shift on Sunday, Kudos to you guys) both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Patrick were very nice and thorough with the examinations!! Not to mention the radiology center Imagix was great!

Nothing makes sense. It takes me weeks to get an appointment online and when i get one they call me to reschedule all the time. Getting them on the phone is an impossible mission. Health issues are never taking seriously. This is a joke.

Dreadful to call for an appointment with my doctor. Secretary extremely rude and stressed. I wonder how management choses their staff. If I would treat people like that at my work I wouldn’t have a job.

Highly recommend. Really kind and careful stuff. Very professional and friendly doctor.
