For the most part they always have what I need, line up goes fast even when it’s busy. Friendly and helpful employees who deserve a raise in my opinion.

Probably the worst dollarama I have been to lol. Stock blocking the aisles, staff nowhere to be found, even at the front! There was not one person watching self checkout and you had to wait forever to get anything corrected (cause we all know the self checkout sucks) stuff is priced wrong, floor is sticky, and merchandise is placed in ways that make it hard to get off the shelf without damaging or hurting yourself. Thank you to the staff who did come help us out at self checkout… I feel sorry they have to deal with poor management letting a store be run like this.

Very nice, was clean and had quite a lot of crafting stuff. Also there is an employee to help with the self checkouts and clean them after a customer uses them, just like in every store that has them. So if you need help from a real person" there they are. And if you feel like using a self checkout is "not your job" as a customer then lol please don't bother people by shopping in public

Very friendly and helpful staff but the prices are not always the same at the cashier as on the product. I don't think that is legal. But the staff are very nice and they will help you.

Went here with my kids to buy stuff, while I'm looking around my kids told me that they will go to the toy section. An employee working here threatened my kids to call a security just because they are playing the ball. I just knew it when we are outside the mall already when my eldest son told me what happened. He didn't mention to me when we are still inside this store because my eldest knew that I will confront this employee for her actions. It even nicer to tell my kids not to play rather than threatening them to call the security. Like seriously? They are minors.

Argued with junior amanagement requesting the scanning code of practice on a product with out a price she insisted that the scanned price was what I had to pay she offered to get the manager but I would have to wait until her break was over. Edmonton Kingsway mall location
