Land lords steal money from you on the way out the door. Don’t ever expect your pet damage deposit or damage deposit to be returned. In the two years I’ve lived here we have had many negative encounters with her rudeness. When she approaches us about something small it’s always with attitude. The washing machines don’t work properly and there’s lots of crime in the area. I’ve had a bike chained on the back door that was stolen and a friends motorcycle vanished overnight. These are only a few things of many. Did not enjoy my time here.

This building has clean units, they're reasonably sized and the pricing is good. This building has limited parking and is quite close to really any amenities, and when there's opportunities to publicly socialize, this is a close walk or drive to most anywhere. This is a nice spot

Yes i stand at the door and collect money, just by that you should all understand the ludicrous content of his review. As the owner of the building i will respond to the review of Will Sass. At the time of move in we filled out a condition report, at the end of tenancy it was filled out as well. damages were noted ( tenant signed in agreement) and the tenant was responsible. the tenant claimed they had paid $250.00 pet deposit ( pet deposits are 1/2 a months rent) in cash, even though all other payments for rent were by e transfer. if proof is provided we would be happy to return the deposit less any pet damages caused by the tenants pet. our caretaker and property manager provides receipts at time of payment and over many many years have never had this issue. At the end of his tenancy his suite was left with damage and need of cleaning which when totalled was in excess of their $767.50 in deposit left. As a gesture of good faith we did not claim anything in excess of the deposit held
