Terrible for oil delivery they tell me call a week in advance and the first time it took a month and a half to get oil and now this time 10 days and I still don't have oil

Not a trustworthy company to deal with, I called to open an account for propane delivery for a new food truck, even though the rep I spoke to knew weeks in advance they called me a few days before our opening and the scheduled setup to tell me my account wasn’t approved because it’s a new business and they don’t normally service food trucks! Ok, you knew it was a new business, you knew it was a food truck, so why the 11th hour cancellation? The rep I was dealing with was very nice and apologetic and it did sound like his hands were tide, so I’m not blaming him, but the upper management suddenly canceling our account and setup with zero notice or valid reason means this company can’t be trusted.

Terrible service. Called and 5 days later still no delivery. Will definitely be switching suppliers once i use up the credit i have in my account.

These guys are very unreliable historically. How the heck they won best managed company at some point is very confusing. Very late or lost oil requests, terrible customer service, never anyone picking up a phone! Ge elsewhere for your oil.

Was here for delivery. Two star just because approach to company is very bad. Location on Google map is not correct. When you turn right on lights, turn another right and in very end of that road building is on left side. Staff are great, pleasant and polite. Company as this deserves better place and better warehouse.
