I have had an outstanding experience with Therapia and would highly recommend it. My therapist Andrea Sarginson is highly skilled, professional, and delightful to work with. Following recovery from a broken fibula and unable to drive I would likely not have continued with physio unless this brilliant in home option were available. I am convinced the high standard of care I have received through Therapia has hastened my recovery. An all round great experience at a challenging time.

Physiotherapy was a totally new experience for me. Suddenly in November 2022 my entire right foot became extremely painful and swollen. A doctor recommended physiotherapy to help prevent a recurrence.Therapia arranged for Mackenzie Rhodes to come to my home the next morning. Mackenzie arrived, complete with table, assessed the situation and created a Plan of Care. He started right away with appropriate exercises. Shortly after the appointment he'd email information about any new exercises that had been discussed. He responded promptly to any questions I may have had.I was fortunate to have had Mackenzie as my physiotherapist. He has a pleasant personality and put me at ease right away. I wish Mackenzie every success in his chosen field.

Therapia provides physiotherapie at home in the most professional and efficient way while following strict covid protocols in order to ensure the safety of their patients. Erin is my physiotherapist and she has been a lifesaver. She was there for me every step of my rehabilitation after not one but two Hip FAI impingement surgeries. She has also help me with my frozen shoulder and neck pain. Now that I am feeling stronger she is working with me to set up an exercise program to keep the progress going.This is an essential service for anyone recovering from orthosurgery or in need of excellent physiotherapie in the comfort of their home or over Zoom.

Therapisa! Excellent! Very well organized. I called I was booked in quickly and received treatment right away. Sandro Cestra arrived on time, prepared with equipment, a program set and did a full in depth consultation. He’s professional and is very knowledgeable. He gave great recommendations and provided excellent service. I feel comfortable and confident that I’m in the best hands to get me back into better physical health.

My mother is 95 and wants to get to 100. She has had a sore back for months. Debilitating. I was referred to Therapia to see if physio can help. Nirvan, the Physiotherapist has been excellent. Much less discomfort. Some days virtually no pain. Nirvan is a good listener, and compassionate, and gets the work done with skill and a deep understanding of seniors.

My 92 year old mom recently broke her pelvis and received very little physio while in hospital. We contacted Therapia and they quickly arranged for Nadia Ramnauth to work with my mom while she was recuperating at my home in the east end of Toronto, and then when she returned to her retirement residence in Pickering. With the targeted therapy and exercises that Nadia provided, my mom made rapid progress. Nadia was empathetic and motivational. We are so grateful for the support and expertise that she provided.

This is an amazing service and made more amazing by Amanda M. She is by far the BEST physiotherapist I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. She cares and really thinks through how she approaches her treatments, and homework, to get the best possible results. My wife also works with her and the improvements and progress have been fabulous. We call Amanda our miracle worker and it is so true. Thank you Therapia and thank you Amanda. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

I recently had a hip arthroscopy to repair damage in my left hip. Therapia’s information was given to me by my surgeon, and upon contacting them, they got back to me immediately. They were very courteous and kind when setting up my appointment, and they went through what situation I was in thoroughly to match me with someone that would best fit my recovery and physio.Jez is the therapist I saw, and after one session I was thoroughly impressed! He was punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to go over each exercise with me, so that I could continue working on the exercises in between sessions and do them safely.If there was an exercise I was having trouble with, he had a modified or alternate exercise I could do instead.As well, he explained the reasoning behind each exercise and the muscles / areas they targeted. As someone who worked out a lot before my injury, I appreciated him letting me know why we were doing each exercise, and explaining how I would see each muscle group get stronger over time.I would highly recommend this service to anyone that needs physio. I had reservations about home physio visits. Therapia was recommended to me by a friend. My therapist Andrea Sarginson has been so amazing in helping me get physically stronger as i have knee issues from a soccer injury. She is professional prompt and makes our sessions highly enjoyable.
