Dans le département des skis toujours impeccable le service et les conseillers ! J'ai acheté un set de ski fixation et botte complet l'année passé pour moi c'était super au point que j'y suis retourner et j'ai équipé ma femme à neuf aussi cette année!

I brought my bike here for assembly. They asked me what my budget was, I told them I didn't want to go over $250 to get it in order. They agreed it was manageable. Once they attained $250 in labor (nonrefundable) Morgan called to say he had reached my budget without including the price of components needed to be replaced. I thought it'd be foolish to pay $250 in labor and still have a non functional bike. I agreed to paying more than what my budget allowed, to have a ridable bike.Two weeks later Morgan called to say my crank arms are stripped and need to be replaced. I asked him to try a tap and die, he replied it was to far gone and needed replacement. There was no other option. I picked my crank arms up and brought them to Laferté, where they repaired them. I brought the fixed arms back, which was the last part of the installation required. It went over a week, and I had gotten no news. I called, got no answer. I went in person asking if the bike was ready, I was told because Morgan wasn't there they couldn't tell me if the bike was finished. The very next day the store called saying the bike was completed and ready to roll. When I arrived it looked the exact same as the day before, when I was in person. My bill came out to double the amount of what I wanted to pay, but at least it was ready to be ridden.That same week we had our first ray of sunshine, I was going to meet friends for lunch. I got on the bike and pedaled 500m before the seat came loose from the post. I turned around, went home and tightened it. I was annoyed because they charged me $15 for this service and it wasn't completed. I then took off in a slight rush because of the seat delay. I made it roughly 5km from home when my rear wheel locked itself into my frame, bringing me to a unsuspecting hault. The immediate jolt of stopping sent me airborne off the sidewalk into a disgusting build up of road slush on the corner of traffic.I walked 5km home soaked, with the bike in my arms, bleeding. I cleaned myself up and went back to the store. The store's determination was made that the rear axle was not torqued, causing the wheel to shift locking itself into the frame. It's upsetting because they charged me $40 for an alignment of the wheels. I left the bike yet another day. They offered no reimbursement.TLDR; I paid double my budget, they told me my bike was ready, I took a gnarly slam, nothing was double checked, no reimbursement offered for the (incomplete) services paid.I'm giving two stars because the cables replaced for the mechanical disc brakes, and shifter are well done.
