Absolutely terrible experience. The older lady who helped me today spoke in a condescending tone and pretended she didn't know what I was talking about" when I was trying to explain to her things I've done dozens of times over the years such as combining stamps with paid mailing labels to cover more-costly shipping

The employees cant seem to read..the package says FRAGILE". not "THROW ME". as i gave my package and was leaving i heard the loud thumping sound of my package being dropped or thrown..."

worst, unfriendly, slow, rude, stubborn!!!! Do not give mail because it is the wrong address. she checks my ID, address, and contacts and doesn't give me any.

Edit: she no longer works there. Everyone else is pleasant so I upped it to a reasonable scoreI am not sure why but the one woman who works there heather, always seems miserable like interactions ruin her day. Any time she answers the phone I get a slight out of anxiety.She cuts you offTalks down to youAnd generally seems miserable.I am sure the job isn't easy but its got to the point where we have to record our latest interaction now.

They need to train their staff better. The lady at the counter tried to overcharge me. It was not much, but it was not right or fair. When I told her she was wrong, she stood her ground and also suggested me trying another Canada Post. I did, and I was correct. Know your price before you go, or simply go to another Canada Post nearby.

I went to go pick up my package at this location. When I arrived the woman working at the counter (Heather; the post office manager) was in the midst of something with either a customer or a buyer, not sure but I was just waiting my turn in line. After a few moments she looks at me and says rather annoyed can I help you with something?" And I said yes I'm here to pick up a package

Personally have no issue with this place with flex delivery. They are slow and sometimes no one is manning the till.I even once forgot to put my po box number and they were able to sort out my problem.
