Orleans Dynamic Foot Clinic

I do not recommend this place.I had an appointment and waited close to 1 hour without any service.The reception was unable to give me an update for the wait time. There are plenty of others places in Orléans where you can get much better service.

Not impressed. Can’t seem to get a hold of anybody live. Voicemails left that go unanswered.

Orleans Dynamic Foot Clinic is a very clean and professional foot care clinic. Dr. Anna sized me for my orthotics and treated my stubborn warts using Swift Technology. This treatment can be painful at times and Dr. Anna was great at reassuring me and assisting me through the pain. Her assistant was very friendly and helpful during my visits as well. My only complaint is that sometimes they were running behind schedule and I would be seen 30-45 mins after my appointment time however this could have been due to emergencies, busy time period, etc.The receptionist, Diana, is very polite and professional. I want to dispute some of the reviews listed as they are unreasonable - receptionists in any health clinics don't have the right to recommend treatments and don't have insight to provide wait times for patients nor do they have information on private insurance plans. I don't think it's fair to leave a bad review for these reasons.Lastly, there is free parking on-site. Great clinic - I simply recommend planning accordingly and bringing and a book in case you need to wait.

I’ve been going here for over a year now and they have always seen me on time and fixed my feet up to perfection. Would recommend.

Extremely disappointed from my first and last visit to this clinic. I arrived 10 minutes early to my one o'clock appointment, was greeted at the entrance, and given a two page questionnaire as I was a new patient. Completed this task within a few minutes and handed the forms to the front desk. I sat without any acknowledgement until 1:20 then I reminded the person at the front desk that my appointment was at one. At 1:25 an attendant invited me into another room, and aske me to wait. At 1:30, after waiting for half hour, I decided that this clinic doesn't value my business. I went to the front desk and shared that usually from my experience when something doesn't start right it usually doesn't end differently, thanked her and shared that I was leaving. This one star is for how I was greeted and not the service as I left before receiving any. Extremely disappointed as the reviews are so positive. Will be looking for a more welcoming Podiatric specialist.

My husband and I visited today.My appointment was at 4.15 but I was seen at 4.46 without an apology or explanation.The person spent about 30 mins with me instead of 45.I was charged $180 which I find ridiculously expensive for the amount of work done.Definitely never going back.

Diana, the receptionist, is rude and horrible at customer service and problem solving. She does not care about clients' issues because she thinks her primary role is to do the least work possible and give the customers an attitude.TIP: Sort the reviews here by the lowest and you'll see that majority of the low ratings are based on Diana's disgusting personality.

Just before the Xmas holidays, I experienced sudden foot pain. Having no luck trying to get an appointment with other local foot clinics on short notice , I phoned this clinic. From my first experience with reception (lovely Diana) ,to my appointment with Dr.Grynechko , I felt fortunate to have found Dynamic Foot Care . Dr.Grynechko assessed my feet and listened to my concerns . I left the appointment with prescribed medication and a prescription for orthotics; just as importantly I left feeling encouraged.Lovely office ;easy parking ; wonderful staff.

I just started to go to dynamic foot care , this is the best place for your foot care, my experience was so exceptional, , I appreciate that you were mask , I felt very confident, the receptionist is so Amazing very knowledgeable, I have Anna to do my insole,she is the Best, very professional, very clean all the staff is so Amazing, they do Pedicure, this is the best Pedicure I ever had,this my place to go for ever, Thank you very much , please check Dynamic Care for any issues with your feet, thank you very much Anna.
