We got laxatives all over our cat administering them to her. She was pretty crunchy. Krista is wonderful. Whoever groomed her did an amazing job. Abby came out so glossy & smooth!! Like her old self. They did such a good job. Abby even seems happier!! Cats are clean creatures & she was trying to pull her fur out where the laxative crud was so no doubt she wasn't pleased. Abby came home just purring like crazy. Thank you!

The only place I take my dogs for any grooming needs! Fantastic daycare service as well!

Edit #2: I had to unfortunately change my review from 5 stars to 4. The customer service has dropped dramatically since my last visit. I'm disappointed as I used to truly enjoy the kindness of the employees.I bring my long haired cat here to get groomed. The staff here are incredibly caring and always do a fantastic job.Edit: I have since gotten a long haired dog and have gotten her groomed here. Still so impressed with the grooming and service.

Clean & Tidy as posted on their website for a small dog was not the same once you walked in the door. Greeting was cold, unacceptable visit for price, time and grooming quality. My fur baby is still under stress after the visit.

They may be super good with dogs (there were lots of them there during our visit in early June 2016) but I hesitate to take my cat back there. The front desk girl stayed with our cat during the shave and was very caring and did her best to keep the cat calm. The girl shaving her was totally business like and did nothing to calm the cat.The shave itself was quite jagged but by the time she was finished, I wasn't about to put the cat through more anxiety by asking the girl to smooth it out. Our cat is terrified of dogs and there were two or three unchained dogs that ran up to the table she was on during the shave. There were several dogs either crated or tied up in the room right next door who barked the entire time we were there. No door to close between the rooms that I could see.I hope that when they move to their new location this Summer, they will have a separate and closed-in room to put the cats for grooming to separate them from all the dogs. I'll check it out before I make another appointment.
