Seems like they have improved service with younger, more polite employees. I was politely asked by a young employee if they could help.I walked in to check their assortment for a future occasion and the store is nicely layed out and has good deals. Furthermore, I find they have a lot of nice decorations and seasonal items (Summer party themed decorations and wares) that I haven't seen elsewhere.If during a future visit, the owner or some older manager snaps at my kids or me, I will be happy to record video footage and update my review here.For now I will give them the benefit of the doubt since my experience today was good.

The blonde girl working behind the ballon counter today around 12:30 was rude. Stood there for a good few min while she blatantly ignored me. I understand if you are busy with a task but perhaps acknowledge your customer?She acted annoyed at the questions I asked. Sorry I need to buy balloons? Maybe get another job if you hate this one? Definitely won’t be returning here.

The employees in on Saturday, June 3rd were amazing. Came in with a bit of a birthday “emergency” and they were so helpful, polite, and efficient. Absolutely will make this my first choice for party supplies just because the staff was so kind!

Awful experience! Went in to shop for my son's costume and support local as that's all they ever talk about. I went to look for someone to help us and I received a nasty look as clearly it was more important to talk between staff then help a customer.Someone finally came after 10 minutes!!! I told my son let's go somewhere else.I was so happy to find another Halloween store 1 minute away. The staff made my son's day and the prices were way better. Spirit Halloween for the win!!!

I placed an order for grad celebration for my daughter and couldn’t pick it up on Saturday without realizing they are closed on Sunday, when I needed the items. On Sunday, I messaged them via Messenger and Natalie arranged for Kiersten to come open the store for me to be able to pick up my order. I am blown away by the lengths they went for my $40 order.This is a local, family owned business and as we all know, these pandemic times are not easy especially for small businesses. I make an effort to try to give my business to such places and ask everyone to consider that. Exceptional customer service is always a welcome bonus.Natalie and Kiersten - I can’t thank you enough for taking the time on your day off.

I recently visited this place and bought some birthday balloons I found its price were quite higher and staff weren’t helpful either, Most importantly the big balloons got half empty after a few hrs. I would say Walmart and Canadian tire r better option for next time.

The have wonderful helpful staff!!! I recently came in to get gender reveal balloons made and it had popped right before the party! The manager was the sweetest had another one waiting for me for an easy and fast pick up! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience
