D Spot Desserts Oakville

A little disappointed with my experience here as it is rated so highly. The waffle cone dessert took really long to get to us. I expected something better for what I paid for. Because it took so long I thought it was because they were making a fresh waffle cone. The dessert felt like a regular waffle cone you could buy from a grocery store made more fancy with some chocolate drizzle and strawberries.

Amazing place for dessert! So far only tried one thing on the menu and loved it. Nice seating areas, kind staff. Can sit indoors or outdoors plenty of space.

Great service and nice ambience! The funnel cake was delicious - loved the base. We got a free ice cream flavour to try as well because it was my hubby’s birthday!

Plenty of parking and easy access. The staff were not soo welcoming. Felt like we were ordering at a fast food. The place had one other customer besides use. The dessert was prepared decent but the service was horrible.Ordered coffee and it was burnt. Ordered again and it was worse. Advice: might want to have a variety of hot drinks.Perhaps put employees through a proper training program and work on quality control

They have great desserts, what more can I say?Decent price for the quality of food, very nice aesthetic, definitely perfect for a dessert place. The names are super creative, and they're very fast at working even when under load by several orders.They have great choices, some extremely sweet for if you have a sweet tooth, and some more subtle for if you want to enjoy a nice dessert without overwhelming your taste buds. And have colorful and kid friendly style menu items as well, that any kid would love.And they're open late which is amazing for nights you spend with family or friends doing all sorts of stuff, and to finish off the day you want to get some dessert. That's my favourite way to end a fun night/day.

Update: I reviewed it far too soon.Taste is off. Increased prices, poorer service and smaller size for the exact same drinks I've been getting for over a yea r now. Will likely avoid moving forward.----If you are in the mood for good quality sugar overload, D Spot is a failsafe spot at any location.This Oakville spot is better with faster service and more attentive staff. The ladies working here are super friendly. I would love it if they occasionally answered the phone but the wait is minimal regardless.We had milkshakes. I love bringing my friends to this spot as a milkshake must try and everyone loves it. My friend went with my recommendation and tried the very tasty Espresso Flake. I got Twisted Chocolate. Tasty and fresh as always!I love that they will now seal the opening with a logo sticker. Makes sure no spills or stuff getting in the containers.

It was very easy to order here at the time we went it was around 7pm it was not too busy at the front but it was still full in the seats. The portions are great for the price one crepe is enough for two or three people it tasted really delicious however I feel that the crepe could have been cooked a little bit longer, but either than that it was good.

It was my first time. I had 2 milkshakes each is 15$+ tax(Nutella & twisted chocolate) and Hit d spot waffle (25$+tax). Prices are quite expensive but the overall experience was great; nice staff, clean dine in area with beautiful decorations -I ordered take out-. The order took about 15-20min. We’ll definitely come back!

We ordered chocolate decadent funnel cake and thank you very much crepe. Chocolate decadent had brownies that was bit overkill too heavy even for chocolate lovers and I personally think it should have been ice cream rather than soft ice cream on top. Thank you very much crepe was good however for crepe that took 25min to make, I would expect fresh crepe. Ours was obviously not made fresh.
