I brought in my inkjet printer to get a part fixed. The receptionist was very friendly. The repair was done very quickly on the same day. I was very pleased with the time it took to get my printer fixed and returned. The printer was returned nicely wrapped like new and the part that was replaced was returned as well to show that it needed replacement. The cost of this repair was very reasonable. I would recommend this business for repairs of printers. Thank you, Downtown Audio Video Electronics for a wonderful job!

Really impressed with Downtown AV Electronics. It's the only authorized Canon service centre in Ontario, and it's tucked into an industrial strip mall without any real storefront. They had my Canon MF632Cdw colour laser printer diagnosed and ready for pickup in about 24 hours; the gentleman in the back doing the repairs showed me a test run, and explained what the issue was. Very happy, and will go there again if the need arises.

The service was top notch. My Canon laser printer wasn't printing clearly, so I brought it here. The technician said that the toner cartridges were not seated properly in the tray. The minimum charge was applied to my repair. I am very satisfied, and recommend you get your printers serviced here.

On the recommendation of Canon Canada, I brought my ImageClass Laser printer to Downtown AV Electronics yesterday. I was extremely impressed with not only their service but turnaround time as well. I was told it would be ready in 3-4 days however it was actually ready the next day. In addition, I have a bad back and asked the gentleman if he could carry the printer in from my SUV which he was happy to do. I was also charged their minimum fee as the issue I had was minor. I was happy about this as another similar company I called had a 'minimum 2 hour charge' at a higher hourly rate. I would definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to go back should the need arise.

Had to get my kenwood fixed do a super job test it out and had it back in two days wow I was surprised to get it back that fast but great job done and the prices are very fair but will go back for sure if I need too thanks for a great job done

What a great customer service at Downtown Audio Video. I vet all the great reviews on the page. Danny and the front desk are amazing. I brought my JVC projector and was replaced with brand new in just 24 hrs. Very friendly people. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work Danny and company. .

Just a question: Do you repair Canon MG6200 error codes 1700, 5B00 (ink absorber is full) ?

I have to say this is one of the best repair Center I’ve been to, they’re honest and very experienced. I brought my Kenwood deck here for repair, and it didn’t take them long to call back and let me know what was wrong with my deck. Danny not only repaired my deck but also offered me great advice on electronics. This is now my go-to place! I highly recommend bringing your electronics here for repair.

My Kenwood Excelon car radio got some annoying dust behind screen glass. My dealer, Advance electronics, suggested I send it to Downtown AV. I had only a few days left on warranty. The lady who answered my call said to send it and not to worry about them receiving it a few days after warranty. Today, I just got it back, in perfect state, 72 hours after they received it. Amazing service ! Thank you, downtown AV ! I wish you had an email address so I could share this with you.
