We did our first movie party with the Super Mario movie.From booking to organizing and day of was excellent service.It was a great experience for the kids as for some, it was the first movie in the theater.There was a hick up of black out as there was a storm outside. But the movie kicked on, and our hostess was excellent with support.

We waited in line 25 minutes to get popcorn and then just left because we still werent at the cash and we had already missed 15 minutes of our movie.

Watched Jodi movie , the surrounding of cinema is clear ,love to visit again ❤️

It's an okay theatre but nothing special. It's clean, decent service for the limited services they have available, and the arcade machines mostly work.The regular seats are not very comfortable and even the fancy AVX seats are still not very comfortable and have to be full reclined. Other theatres in the city have way more comfortable seating for no extra charge.The concession stuff is crazy expensive, but of course that is expected. But the last couple years they have shut down other food vendors and only the main popcorn concession and the fries/pizza/hot dog place remain. The frozen yogurt and Starbucks has been closed for a while, can't find soft pretzels either. Very disappointed to have such limited options!They have lots of staff usually floating around but it's happened a couple times now where there's no staff checking tickets. I always buy tickets in advance online anyway, which is good because they don't ever have anyone at the ticket booth.I included some photos of the menu and the abandoned concession stands so nobody gets their hopes up!

Staff are friendly. Food is good. The theaters are thoroughly cleaned after every show. The seats aren't as great as the theater that's downtown, but at least your bags don't get searched. Always love going to Silver city

It all depends on timing. Ideally, book tickets & seats on line. If this is not possible, try to purchase tickets/seats when Silver City Opens - therefore it is quiet/no line ups - you will not miss a minute of the Trailers or most importantly, the movie you paid for!! IF neither of the above is possible, I suggest you get to your late afternoon or evening movie early as purchasing in person can be a wait if you are required to purchase your ticket at the concession stand. If you love hm made pretzels like I do, ALWAYS ask when the pretzels on display were last baked. If then 5 minutes ago, I ask for a fresh one please to be baked (possible 10 minute wait BUT WORTH it!!) and they have always been happy to oblige. You can also enjoy a “children’s snack deal” which includes children size popcorn, a drink, and a sweet treat”. This serving option is perfect. Pleasant staff all around. With every visit, the washrooms have always been very clean, and always plenty of parking.Good to know: Less expensive movie prices on Tuesdays.

The arcade reminded me of a tech company startup. Except not a successful one from a garage like youtube or google, but from a 1970's crackhouse in the ghetto. The movie was good though!

I booked the tickets online and went to the theatre only to find out the movie was cancelled due to a power outage. This was extremely displeasing as I had to cancel an appointment for the movie timing and had to drive all the way from the other part of the town for nothing. No form of communication was made to let me know that the movie was cancelled.

Not sure why I'd go here over Imagine Cinema anymore (other than that one being downtown). Imagine has vastly better seats, no one kicking your chair, same movies offered, validated covered parking, and no $1.5/ticket online booking fee/scam" that Cineplex is now charging to buy tickets online. Their slushies are better too."
