Best Western Inn & Suites

Great staff, the concierge was very helpful. The rooms were clean, beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was a plus. Pool and hot tub were clean. Hotel was well situated not far from the freeway with restaurants close enough to walk to.

We have stayed here a few times now. This is the 3rd time in a row we have found hair in the tub. First time we let it go thinking it was not the normal. 2nd time we talked to the front desk and they acted shocked. Nows the third time. They just can't clean here it seems.

Pretty gross. Got stuck here when the highway was closed down due to accidents. Were not many options, but the room was pretty filthy.

Rooms are clean, kinda load hear everything. Outside smells like sewer real bad. No elevator

Great for truckers who need some where to stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good...but not much of a choice for none pork eaters. Parking in the back for rigs. Location within walking distance to many different restaurants with a variety of choices.

It's okay for a quick overnight stay if you aren't too picky. The front desk person was super nice as was the housekeeping staff who greeted me the next morning (this rarely happens anymore). However, the hotel itself is obviously older. Bathroom fan is VERY loud and you can't turn it off (what is it with best westerns and this issue?!), the bed was worn and lumpy, Bathroom grout black from many years of dirt, towels and linens lacked fabric softener which made them uncomfortable to use. I'd stay again in a pinch based solely on how well I was treated by the staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were quite bigger than I expected with a separate living room and a sleeping room with a huge king size bed. The prices were great. The location was also good. It is surrounded by a lot of grocery stores and restaurants that you could just walk to. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and courteous. I stayed long enough to get to know all of them, Jan, Vangie, Eve, and Ruth. The breakfast was also really good. I left really full to begin my day at work. The food was actually better than a lot of more expensive hotels. The rooms are really clean and I had such a good sleep on my back pain went away. The guys at the front desk were also really kind to help me reserve my next stay Mike and Aaron we’re really cool, I love this place so much that this is where I stay every time I come down to Fruitland and even stay here even if I have work in Boise.

Although the hotel was older, the rooms were clean and had plenty of room. Mattresses could have been better so I wasn't rolling to the middle of the bed but overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price. Great customer from friendly and knowledgeable employees!

Thank you to the young man behind the desk at 3am. He helped find me find a room quickly, and due to coming off the snow mountain, he asked me, would you like a late checkout. Excellent customer service, and showing care.Then in the morning, I missed breakfast. I asked for a banana, and she presented me with a bagged breakfast.After the difficult evening, I am very thankful for the excellent customer service. THANK YOU to those people behind the desk. Your kindness was very appreciated.
