Great food and excellent service! They have the menu clearly marked with allergens. They make all of their own sauces and they are amazing.

Food was nice! I got the salad and requested no nuts / seeds due to an allergy, and they were not just happy to oblige but even suggested to substitute them for roasted chickpeas. It was delicious! The prices are a *little* high but that's to be expected for small and local.

Anand has a great talent for flavourful dishes, sauces and preserves. You won't be disappointed, whatever you choose from the menu! We've been for brunch and the Valentine's set menu that left us so satisfied, full and smiling. Highly recommended this off the beaten path gem of a restaurant

Amazing brunch and fantastic service! We went for birthday brunch and it was a great experience. We had the place to ourselves as we went a little later in the morning. A tad chilly inside at the beginning but the heaters kicked in midway through. The food was delicious and I loved the handmade ketchup. Thank you so much for a great first stop on the day's birthday adventures!

TL;DR Delicious food, amazing owner!! Literally a hidden gem just off the highway because let's be real, you wouldn't expect excellent food like this in a town called Dead Man's Flats.Loved this place so much we came here twice in one weekend, brunch and dinner. Got the Short Rib Benny for brunch and the Butter Chicken for dinner, and neither dish disappointed. Honestly, from the other dishes that I sampled from what my friends ordered, it seems like you can't go wrong with anything on the menu as it was all very tasty.The owner is friendly and super accommodating as well. It's clear that he takes pride in his dishes (he even makes his own hot sauce and ketchup) and the overall customer experience. If you want to support a local small business owner, this is the place to do it!Only recommendation is to reserve well in advance due to staffing issues, otherwise you could be turned away or have a longer wait than usual as the owner will be doing everything himself.

We were staying nearby and popped in for dinner. Betty, our waitress, was absolutely adorable! Service was excellent, and the food was delicious - we had the seafood linguine and the mussels. The beer was good, served with iced glasses, and Betty makes a mean rhubarb G&T!

This restaurant is exceptional. We came in for a late lunch on our way into Banff and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Everything tasted so fresh and bursted with flavour, we ordered the duck hash and the chicken and waffles. They make their own ketchup as well, which was so tasty I wanted to eat straight! The dishes had a little salty, sweet, sour, and kick, crunchy, saucy, all the right balance. We will be thinking of this place once we return home!

Everything was incredible. The service was top notch, and the cooking was some of the best I’ve had. Everything is home made (from the ice cream to the ketchup) and delicious. We came in as a group of 7 and the server served and cooked for us and the rest of the patrons, I think he was the only person working, it was very impressive! I cannot say enough good things about this place! A must stop if you’re passing through Dead Man’s Flats.
