Over the course of the last couple of years, the team at 4 Season Pool & Spa has helped my family purchase and install an above ground pool and a hot tub. The service and support provided by their office team and onsite crew has been nothing short of outstanding.They do a fantastic job opening and closing my pool as well as helping me maintain my hot tub chemical levels (as well as educating me about the various chemicals required to maintain the health of the tub itself and the quality of the water).I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for personal service, fair prices, and commitment to their customers

I've used 4 Season Pool & Spa on several occasions, they have winterized and summerized my pool which was done with care on every occasion. They also fixed a busted under ground pipe for me and even replaced my water pump with a more efficient variable speed pump motor.I've also visited the store several times to have my water tested and to purchase parts of supplies for my pool.Overall I am quite happy with their service and prices. I keep going back.

We are new pool owners and 4 seasons has been a huge help as we navigate setting up a pool for the first time. They are knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Their staff has walked us through issues, products and even recommended service providers as needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Always excellent service from these guys. Every year they open & close our pool and are always accommodating to our schedule. The guys show up, clean up and get our pool ready in a reasonable time. During the pool season, I get my water tested there regularly and get all our pool supplies from them. Their pricing is very reasonable for the service they provide. I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs.

Fantastic experience, I highly recommend this company!! No one stocks anything anymore but this company does. They had all the many parts I needed for my pool AND they were happy to take back what I didn’t use.

So thankful! 4 Seasons has been doing our open/close past couple years. Our pool pump failed yesterday and they managed to squeeze us in today and replaced the pump so we were not without over the weekend and potentially lose the water. Very helpful.

Much like many people here, we have been with four seasons pools for 5 years. The team is very helpful, Phil, Donna, and of course Scott. We were in the Military upon being posted here and with little pool experience the team has helped us through every single issue. We have since replaced all the moving parts thanks to 4 Seasons. One day, I noticed a line had collapsed and we were leaving for a month, no worries, Phil came over and repaired the system. I have them open and close my pool every year, furthermore I only test my water with them. As a generally skeptical person, I have full trust and confidence in the advice they give. Great store, great prices. We had a new inground pool installed last summer and needed a winter safety cover. 4 season charged us about $1000 less than the pool company to measure and install the cover! After that, we've done all of our regular pool maintenance with them and they've been polite, professional and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We are new to the pool industry and 4 Seasons came by recommendation by our installer for supplies and water tests. I have been thoroughly impressed with the knowledge the staff has and how quickly they can identify and get you what you need!You know you’re in a good spot when you hear other customers coming in and addressing staff by name!

What an amazing team!We just recently moved to the stittsville area and we always prefer supporting local business.The girls at the front desk are quick and remembered our previous purchased and asked how we liked it.They helped us order parts, test our water and make sure we have an amazing summer.They ordered a new solar blanket for us, and told us to only pay when it arrived.
