I know what you’re thinking — “do we have to eat Tim’s for lunch again? Why don’t we try the burrito place.”Well, be happy you saw this review before you visited this place.Avoid at all costs. The veggies are fine, but the meats are beyond questionable. They look like they are made of plastic and have been microwaved numerous times and also lack any seasoning. They also don’t have white rice for some reason.Yikes.

I got a rice bowl today through Uber eats and it was HEAVENLY!! The veggies were soooo fresh and quantity is perfect. I will make this my #1 burrito place now!! Just wow! Thank you for amazing food. I will recommend this to anyone.

Figured I would try there burritos and they are not bad… But I was informed that this location steals employees tips!The young person who was working there says if I tip it goes straight to the owners pocket!If this is true this is a very greedy practice and I will not support a business that does this!

I ordered a Chipotle steak bowel last week which was amazing as it came with Chipotle sauce . I ordered tonight same thing and no sauce . So Chipotle steak bowel with no Chipotle.. so very disappointed. Needs to be more consistent.

The staff were very friendly and kind. Somewhat pricey but the ingredients are high quality and taste fresh. I ordered a burrito bowl and the woman making my order made sure to fill it all the way :)

Did take out of taco bowls, the food was very tasty and service was friendly and excellent. Would recommend the tacos and taco bowl from your Newcastle store.

Good bowl! Deff better than others places for fast food Mexican! Ingredients seem fresh, nice flavoured meat selection, price is normal and they are mindful of dietary restrictions!

Ordered from there on a couple of previous occasions and the meals were good, pricey but good. We always have the taco salad and the third time we ordered from there I found the size of the taco bowl was half of what it previously was. Price didn't change but portion size was half. Didn't bother going back....ate the meal but won't be back. Will go to Bowmanville next time. I did message the store, all they offered was one free item off the menu. Not enough. You've lost our business.
