Excellent service. Rod is an honest and knowledgable plumber. He did quality work and was happy to answer all of my questions. (Which I had many of). I would highly recommend him. I will be calling him back to replace my hot water tank. I have had other plumbers from larger companies and they have sent apprentice plumbers. Rod is a master plumber and he has the knowledge to trouble shoot problems that come up as the job is being done. It's nice to know I have found a quality, reliable, and honest man. Thank you.

She said in her field of work.... they only call Langley Plumbing & Heating… they are the best.So hearing that I called Rod for the first time and have never called another plumber since. I am in a building that is 20+ years old so..... things are getting old.. therefore.. I have made many calls to Rod for repairs.Langley Plumbing & Heating is a company of integrity. I have complete trust in this company and that’s extremely difficult to find in these times.Most recently Rod installed a hot water tank for me. Within a month the thermostat failed, therefore no hot water.I called Rod and he did inform me that this would need to be resolved under the warranty. Product failure is the responsibility of the warrantor /supplier not the installer/plumber.It was a long weekend, which meant I would go at least 4 more days without hot water. However, thankfully, Rod went above and beyond… he was at my home within 30 minutes of my phone call, diagnosed the problem, purchased the part from the supplier and replaced. Within less than 3 hours of my phone call, I had hot water again. Rod said that he would deal with the warrantor because he didn’t want to leave me stranded. Now that's service... and that's kindness.Again, thank you Rod and Langley Plumbing & Heating! It’s extremely difficult for a homeowner to find trades such as yourself that have honesty and integrity.

I have used Rod for a variety of plumbing requirements over the past several years and have found his service to be excellent. Rod is knowledgeable, prompt and honest. Excellent response and service.Our hot water tank died on the Friday night of a long weekend. Called Rod early Saturday morning and he was at our place replacing our 12 year old tank within an hour. He did an amazing job and was excellent to deal with. Would definitely use him again.

We needed a plumber right away and called Langley Plumbing. Rod was able to accommodate us into his schedule and was at our home within 90 minutes. Called Rod for a simple toilet water-intake valve replacement and he arrived in less than an hour and a half, replaced our valve and even fixed our leaking outside faucet, all in about half an hour or less - incredibly quickly and expertly. We casually mentioned that a toilet might need replacing and Rod diagnosed a potentially disastrous situation and was back early morning next day to fix it! We are very happy with his expertise, promptness and concern for our well being. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber!

Rod did a great job installing my kitchen sink and faucet. While he was working in my kitchen, I explained to him I was having some problems with my toilet running and he was quick to offer a solution as well as fix the problem. He was quick and efficient and his prices are very reasonable based on the excellent service he provided. I'm so happy I met Rod and I would definitely recommend this company and hire them again!

I needed to order a new Hot Water Heater as our had begun to leak, and called Langley Plumbing. Rod was very helpful in the decision of which one I needed for our place. He gave me a good price on the unit, and was able to have everything done in on the same day. It was a painless experience, and I would use Langley Plumbing again for any other plumbing issues

We needed a pipe repaired on the long weekend. We know it would be pricey, but $514.00 ? For half and hours work. He did not give his name and he was very unfriendly. Sorry I bothered you.
