The Cutting Edge Roofing

The Cutting Edge did the original roofing installation roughly 15 years ago. We were very pleased at the time. We noticed last month there was visible damage on the top of the roof. We called them to come out and check it out. They did so very promptly. The Corning shingles lifetime warranty is still in effect. Unfortunately it doesn't cover damage by animals. They took pictures of the damage and it was very clearly done by squirrels or racoons. They gave us a very competitive quote. It was a small job so we delighted when they came back very quickly to do the actual repair. We would certainly highly recommend The Cutting Edge.

We had many roofers stop by to give estimates. Most just provided estimates from satellite photo's and didn't even come to see the roof. Rob was one of two roofing companies that actually went up onto the roof. He took photo's and showed us exactly what was going on and provided his experienced opinion of the state of our roof. His knowledge and professionalism went a long way to convincing us that we found our roofer.The morning of the job, they showed up right on time and the first thing they did was carefully lay tarp around the whole house, covered all my plants / gardens and then moved any patio furniture out of harms way. They even covered some of the neighbors lawn as a precautionary measure. I was really impressed.They got right to work on the roof and by 5pm it was as if they hadn't even been here. Any evidence of the immense amount of work that was done was completely cleaned up. My roof was finished and looked incredible! I went with a color that Rob had recommended and it looks fabulous!I am so happy that I used The Cutting Edge for our roof. They go the extra mile with photo's, and advised us & repaired damage that had been done to our eaves by an exterminator after a squirrel was evacuated from our attic.I highly recommend them to anyone - they are worth every dime! Thank you to Rob and his crew for making my home beautiful and safe again!
