We came to Joan for a notary and she got us in very quickly. When we got to meet her in her very well kept office, she was bright, polite very knowledgeable about all the questions we had and a pleasure to deal with. Joan was referred to me in a time of absolute chaos. I was taken advantage of by a professional tenant and duped with fraudulent documents during a time when I was pregnant and vulnerable. Needless to say that without Joan’s perfectionist paperwork submission and constant reassurance I would not have ended up with getting this tenant out quickly or efficiently. Joan was caring, compassionate and quick with all tasks to complete. With the current LTB delays and completely unfair system, Joan made this experience the best she could.
