Complete waste of time and money, try to upsell on parts that’s not needed “on their inspection” got a quote for tires somehow managed to have a wheel alignment in the quote for new tires, horrible company wouldn’t recommend to anybody, I’ve been to 3 in Regina and every kal tire tries to upsell just to make some extra money, Take your business elsewhere, stay far far away

My 16 year old bought his first car and was having brake issues. Staff were very knowledgeable. No attempts to upsell. Price was exactly as quoted and Alexandra the front desk girl was polite, knowledgeable and engaging. We will go back

I came here to get my tires fixed.The very unfriendly “man” working the front desk said he can’t get my tired looked at until next week.I then asked if somebody can help me put my spare on. He said “no” so here I am in my office clothes trying to do it myself without getting dirty.I then called north Kal Tire they got me in for TOMORROW.A young man and girl appeared and I asked them if anyone was available to help. Katy went above and beyond.Thanks to those who helped me. And to Micheal, shame on you. I bought my tires from north Kal Tire a couple of years ago. Maybe I’ll keep my business there.

Had a bit of an tire emergency a couple of weeks ago and bought a set of new tires here. I didn’t have an appointment and I needed to be back on the road in 3 hours. Those guys were busy working other jobs but were able to squeeze me in between appointments and worked real hard to get my new tires installed and alignment corrected in less than 1.5 hours. A big thanks to Michael and the crew for getting me all fixed up and back on the road so quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment!

Ordered set of rims and tires from this place. when I showed up to my appointment, they told me they forgot to order my rims. Had to rebook another week later. 2nd time, they told me they forgot to order the rims again and had to go get the rims from somewhere else last minute. When they were changing my tires, they wanted to put new tires on old rims and old tires to new rims just to charge me longer for shop fee. Not recommended

Very impressed with the team here. My vehicle developed a high pitch sqeak which they were able diagnose and repair. All within an hour of showing up with no appointment on a Saturday. Thanks Kal Tire!
