I'm very satisfied with Hendrik's excellent work, from start to finish! I booked the appointment via the company website, and the booking system is quite efficient as it can tell the available time slots right away, and the booking process is very straightforward. And then one day prior to the inspection date, Hendrik called me to confirm the schedule. During the phone call he gave me a detailed introduction about the workflow of inspection, as well as a nice self-introduction. I also received a confirmation email with every detail included. These gave me a clear idea about the inspection process, as well as a good impression that he takes his job seriously. During the inspection, Hendrik allowed me to follow him, he checked every corner of the house, showed me the problems he found and the suggestions for improvement, as well as some helpful advices about the house maintenance. The inspection was very thorough and Hendrik sent us a completed summary of the items he found right after the inspection, so that we were able to discuss with the seller about them right away, and then we received a detailed report and the high resolution photos in the next day. Overall, I find Hendrik is very friendly and professional, and the job was well done! And I will definitely recommend Hendrik's company to my friends :)

Hendrick is very professional and very detailed. He performed the house inspection meticulously, provided us with a timely detailed report. He went above and beyond what inspectors usually do; used a thermal sensor to see cold spots in the roof and walls. We bought a home during this crazy housing market boom and, while we didn’t include a home inspection as a condition of purchase, we still wanted to get one done after our closing date to get peace of mind that there were no major issues with the home.
