Excellent professionals. We have been going there for over three years and their services are excellent. I once got a follow-up call from one of the pharmacist to check how my son was reacting to an antibiotic he had been prescribed. Very caring people. Nurse Kim Bergeron, who works there, is also great.

Here is what you need to know about Brunet Pharmacy. If you're looking for a pharmacy MAKE this your place. The staff is off the charts friendly. The pharmacists and the team are so knowledgeable and friendly. I was served once by what I assume was a manager, she went above and beyond for me. Actually went and got the product I was looking for and when she returned she told me exactly where it was. I am telling you. This place is amazing. We do all our family business there. You will not regret going there.

Awfully slow service and keeps hanging up the phone when you call for a prescription. My advice, change owner to one who cares more about his clients. I have decided to move to another pharmacie. I miss the old owners and their amazing service.

Customer service/cash was not acceptable. Understandably with a pandemic, we all want touchless, however when a cashier stands behind a plexiglass and the scanner is outside it, and you are expected to scan and pack all your items, your business might as well go self serve and get rid of your cashier entirely. If I wanted to shop at a self serve pharmacy I would have patronized one of the others in Aylmer that has the self serve. At this pharnacy, no contact by the staff except to hand you your receipt, therefore, I receive her germs". I will not be returning here"

Awful service since the change in ownership. The wait times are ridiculous. I usually order online in the morning and pick up late in the afternoon and make sure to make my schedule accordingly, but even though wait time says 2 hours, 6 hours later and it wasn't complete. I waited 45 mins to get my prescription. One of them got lost a few months back. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist this week for my daughter's infection, it took half an hour to talk to her, and when I did she was rude and seemed annoyed. We've been there for years, but we're switching pharmacies. Very, very disapointed.

Since they have changed the administration/ownership this place became a nightmare. I cannot stress enough how these people are incompetent and irresponsible. We had no choice but moving out to another pharmacy. Be away from this place.

We have found this pharmacy the best we have dealt with over our 45+ years living in Aylmer. They are certainly polite and will go out of their way to help you, whether it be with an insurance issue or a prescription that has expired.I don’t think I can think of a single complaint.

The wait time for prescriptions is awful. Takes for ever to get a new prescriptions. But everyone is nice.

Really think this must be the worst pharmacy in Aylmer, they keep messing up my prescriptions even thought I've ask them multiple times to put note in my record, and to repay my meds because they don't take back the meds that left the pharmacy because of their mistake, forgetting to put my new prescription in my folder, hanging up the phone after a ton of minutes on wait and so much more....... My suggestion is going somewhere else ;)

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Each and every single time I come in to pick up a prescription there is a line up of at least 10 people. There is one person serving customers and 5 people wandering around aimlessly behind her. And, each and every single time I call to fill a prescription, I get immediately put on hold for a minimum of 5 mins. They really need to get it together. I’ll be switching to another pharmacy.
