I have purchased two cars from Courtesy. The sale service is first rate and pricing is very competive. But the real difference is Bart, the owner. The after sale service and dependability is great. Anything Bart says he will do, gets done. A warranty and exchange program on used cars starting way under $10K is awesome.

I have ALWAYS wanted to own a convertible and noticed that Courtesy had a great selection on their car lot. I spoke to Bart and let him know what I was looking for. He delivered in a HUGE way. He was able to find me a beautiful BMW in pristine condition at the price I was willing to pay. He even took note of my favourite colour when acquiring the car. Excellent service. I purchased a vehicle several months ago and Bart has been exceptional in the service he has provided. He had the vehicle I purchased delivered. I live east of Toronto. He also fully honored the warranty. I would recommend talking to Bart if ever you need a used vehicle.

Arranged the 3 month free trial of OnStar the day I picked up my vehicle and several days after I received a diagnosis after my engine light came on flashing. It was a fuel injection and emissions issue. A year later and I was still waiting for it to get looked at. It chugged after putting gas in it and at every stop light. Next time I’m looking for a lemon it’ll be to make some refreshing lemonade. Horrible place of business! He curses and swears and at customers. Looking for another vehicle and it definitely won’t be from Bart!
