good gym although a bit disorganized, also it could help to remind patrons to re-rack their weights and/or put weights and attachments back to their place

This gym is great! It's small but has everything you need, for cardio, or weight lifting, the small sauna is perfect to use after a heavy work out. On top is a very clean gym and stuff is super nice!

Great gym, good service and good vibe. Has most equipments you would need. Treadmill stopped by itself for some reason while I was running, but was fine.

The whole gym is clean and well organized, the staff is always ready to help and very friendly. Nothing bad to say, it’s just great!

I went 1 day to train and get to know the gym space and it was enough for me to decide not to sign up. There are so much space poorly used. Large and clean bathroom and changing rooms.They invested well in the aerobics machines and weights, but on the other hand, they didn't invest in modern equipment (the structure of the abductor machine hurt my leg due to the fact that it was not functional), not say they onlyhave q machine by exercise type. Anyway, it would be wonderful to be able to train with Energie Cardio because it's next to my house, but as I follow a program set up from a coach, it's not enough just to be at the gym, it has to be functional.

Nice gym, very clean. It is a bit crowded sometimes. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

It is ok. I liked it, but I used to use eliptical bikes sometimes and they are broken (all 4 or 5 of them) and dont start. I heard someone reporting it 3 weeks ago and it still doesnt work. They could at least put a sign on it...

If you live in Verdun that’s the place to go. Really clean and people who work there are really nice, all of them!Yes it’s a bit small and it can get crowded (that’s why I usually go at 15h or after 20h) but if you decide to go to the gym after 17h it will be busy regardless of the gym you will go.I am really happy that I just walk there by my house and I don’t need to use my car to go to the gym or take public transportation. If you enjoy group classes they have so many too.

It's not the best gym, just practical and functional, one of their best assets are the group classes, the facilities, like the water fonts, continously break and take forever to repair, at peak times, full of people who are only looking at their phones without really working out.Again, it's functional, the group classes are great and it's convenient but definitely without the group classes, I would find a better gym with better equipment for my needs.
