So me and my husband were leasing a condo for the very first time in Toronto and we were fairly new to Toronto… which means we haven’t spent years and years in Canada and therefore we didn’t have the best Canadian references or even credit scores. But Matan made sure that he could get us a condo that fits in all our requirements. He was just a call away when we wanted to book a viewing or talk to the sellers agents.
