Not a Touchless Car wash it’s scratched my friends new car

Retrain your staff on the cigarettes you sell. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while your associate kept guessing what kind of cigarettes I asked for, even showing me the same 2 packs THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and they were the wrong ones every time. Should’ve left when I realized that he was just guessing at what kind I wanted. Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. Never coming to this location again unless you get some properly trained employees.

I always fuel here on my way out of Regina. Nice pumps. C-store is clean enough. Good location.

Not very happy with Shell North Albert right now. I purchased Gas Gift Cards (Full Value) as good as cash for my kids this year for Christmas. Today my daughters gassed up and were told they could only use one (not correct). I called the store to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was not in and they insisted on relaying the complaint to him throgh a msg (not going to happen). I wish to speak with a manager and resolve the issue asap.

Visited the car wash section of the gas station on July 12th. During the final wash cycle I noticed that the rotating wash arms where bumping quite aggressively and just as the arms was about to move away from the car I heard a loud bang and noticed that one of the foam brissles of the wash arm had gotten stuck on my rear windshield wiper blade and completely ripped it off the rear windshield inculding the control arm for the wiper. As for safety reasons I proceeded to the end of the wash cycle and immediately went to the service station attendant to report the incident where he quickly went into the unoccupied car wash to retrieve my broken-off wiper blade arm and wiper. I told him that this is considered a damaged to my vehicle and if there was some sort of reporting process that I could sumit to have the wiper blades replaced. The attendant said that he would have to contact his manager, in which he did privately while only speaking in Hindi the entire time. After the conversation had ended the Attendant just told me that there is nothing the owners can do to help me and that I can go ahead and call Shell Headoffice to make a report. As business owners, I think this is horrible customer service considering that they are offering a service to the paying public and that there is no incident reporting procedures in place. Poor service is a result of poor management. Is it because i'm a woman I do not deserve respect or some sort of assistance with the fact that damage was done to my car during a car wash that I paid for? They didn't even offer me a refund... nothing was offered... I was just turned away. This is sad. Never ever going back to that location.

Car wash was good, got all the winter road grime off my truck. I would definitely come here again.

This was the worst shell I’ve ever been too I bought a steam card and tried to redeem it but it wasn’t activated so I went back and they refused to activate it again I even had the Receipt

Excellent place to go for a short adventure

I wouldn't recommend this car wash. They changed the wash from touchless to touch and it does a very poor job at cleaning the car. I ran my vehicle through the most expensive wash and it was still dirty when it came out. I let the worker know and they wouldn't do anything about it. I would have been happy with them just letting me run it through the wash again. Very poor service, very bad car wash. Would not recommend.

Excellent place to visit as I had premium fuel for my car yesterday and when i came inside the store to pay, customer service rep. Jaskaran greeted me very well and asked me for air miles card and he told me 3 cents off per litre and other promotions.
