Ok place. I love their bowls. However, sometimes they put too much quinoa or rice and little sauce, then it is difficult to eat.

I had salad twice, first one was very good. You can choose sauce for chicken topping and chicken was tender. Second time it was too salty for my liking.

The worst Poulet rouge Ive ever been too. Horrible experience. When you usually go to poulet rouge you always have 2 sauce as your choice. The worker declined my second choice of sauce until I went to the cashier to ask him if indeed we had 2 choices and yes indeed we did!Also they were being cheap I also asked for extra olives since I wasn’t putting much vegetables and he declined saying it’s only one scoop per ingredient ( do you know how small those spoons are? )

Disappointed with the customer service through Uber Eats. I asked them to check on my order because I had only put 1 order in the 'BOGO' deal, but they said that my order wasn't in their system. I clarified my name with them and they said that it wasn't there. I wanted to cancel that order so I could try for the 'BOGO' promo again, but then it said that the order had gone through. The whole interaction over the phone was very uncomfortable and the way they spoke made it sound like they were implying I was just trying to snag a free bowl. I mean that's somewhat understandable to be suspicious, but please let me cancel my order so that I can actually apply my 'BOGO' deal without wasting my initial order.Disappointing. :'(

I went there and asked for them to put all the toping in a different bowl, so that I could microwave it later!Those guys did extra!Thank you so much !! You cant even imagine how that made my day easier!Be blessed!
