It's stressful enough to have a hair change. I was a walk-in, and Megan helped me she was so kind and helpful. She worked to find the right product for me, like Colour and budget. Definitely a great place.

I was So Happy with the care and consideration Helena gave my mom while shopping for wigs. My mom was in need of a wig for the hair loss she will have with chemotherapy.We ended up choosing the first wig Helena picked out for my mom, she knows her stuff!When my mom took off the wig her hair was a mess. Helena took time to restyle her hair for her so she would look nice leaving the store. I am so grateful for the kindness and sensitivity Helena showed in what was an emotional purchase. Thank you!

On May 1st,2023, I donated my hair 3rd time there at 360 Hair Inc. The first two times they ask for my information but no recognition and this time yesterday, May 1st when I went to drop my hair no one even asked for my name or any kind of information. On the website, they say they will take the information and they will send emails in January but anyways I donated I did my karma and the rest it is there KARMA2 Stars coz they are associated with Cancer

360 hair has amazing service they helped me restore my hair and I also have been doing hair extensions on my hair for over 10 years not only has this supply store had the best quality hair but it lasts the longest too. The quality of the hair stays the same as the day you bought it. There one day delivery service is amazing too for people who are busy don't drive or can't make it out there for whatever reason. They go above and beyond in making sure you get the best hair to match your own and make sure their customers are always taken care of fr start to finish and after. I would highly recommend getting any hair products from 360 hair you will not be disappointed.

I guess I should have read the reviews before going in. Customer service is terrible. She just walked away as I was talking. Didn’t want to help me. Wouldn’t answer my questions. She definitely made me feel unwelcome and unheard. I’m upset enough about losing my hair. I don’t need to be belittled on top of everything I’m experiencing. I do not recommend. Customer service, compassion, and care is severely lacking. I’m still in shock at the way I was treated. Never again.

I am a hair stylist here in langley and I have been using 360 hair for years with my clients. The hair quality is far above anything else I've seen. It's durable beautiful and they have hundreds of options available! The owner is so knowledgeable, honest and compassionate towards customers which makes shopping at the store an exceptional experience! I recently had to bring one of my long time clients there shopping for a wig due to undergoing kemo treatments. The owner set up a private room for us and helped make the process not only comfortable and smooth but enjoyable. I highly recommend hair 360 and the personal touch that they have always offered their customers and clients on top of having the highest quality product.

I have tried soooo many blondes from different places and none are anywhere close to the great quality of 360 hair! All the others washed much too wavy and broke withing the first few weeks. 8 weeks in and the hair is still great. I got #61 in 20 inch.Sorry about not a great picture. Hopefully can get a nice styled one to add. Thanks Helena!
