Very poor customer service during a phone call. She was not helpful, seemed like she’d rather be anywhere than working there, proceeded to disregard my question, cut me off, and put me on “hold” not impressed. Btw a rude hey is not how you answer a company phone. I had to ask if I had the right number.

The representative I met at this store claimed to be the manager but she didn’t have basic understanding of good customer service. She was rude, arrogant, and ruined my whole day.
