Brian Guerriero (formerly of Sotheby's) represented my former landlord during a sale at the height of the Muskoka housing hayday 2022. To say the experience with him left a bad taste in our mouths is a severe understatement.He moved my families personal items for photos and showings without my consent (during the time of covid this was an incredible invasion of privacy). He was not transparent with showing times until we pressured him, which is the law, and insisted that we could not stop by our house at any point during a week of showings. We had a newborn and it was the week of a big ice storm.During our incredible inconvenience, and on the first step to being displaced in a housing crisis, we felt disrespected. Not to mention, he must not have been up front about our Home being tenanted, as the new owners did not discover this fact until they signed the agreement of purchase and sale.How morally bankrupt, money grabbing and unethical. In Muskoka, there are many hard working realtors. Avoid him if you value integrity.
