the store it’s self isn’t bad, they have a fair selection of products. my main concern is for the reptiles, the enclosures are bare minimum so plain, improper husbandry, disgustingly dirty, and overall sad, lowkey looking worse than petsmart. very disappointed to see that

I’ve been stopping by here for years to pick up crickets and the odd dog toy here and there. Today I waited at the front while three women who worked there left the front to help a single lady find a specific brand of dog food and watched me wait at the cash. No one spoke to me or said anything along the lines of “we will be with you in just a minute”. I waited about 8 minutes before I left.

This place is amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The animals enclosures for the adoptable cats are clean and cheerful. Toys , beds, not just a cage with a blanket and food and litter like other places. The fish selection is great. And the store mascot is like the coolest iguana ever, my kids loved him and were so excited to get to touch him.

Purchase a mouse there today for my first time. A staff member named Brittany helped us understand the responsibilities and specific care instructions very thoroughly. She was bright and very engaging. Also, extremely knowledgable. Very impressed and satisfied.

She is always friendly,very welcoming and 100% wants what's best for your pet,she will not feed you bullcrap on products either. I went to your store for the first time today and was really impressed by the staff and the store. Clean spacious enough. Staff was nice and informative. I didn't buy anything today but I will be back once my tank has established.
