Customer service is absolutely terrible. They should learn how to service the public. The wendys mobile app charged me for something that is suppose to be free, and when I went to counter to ask them about it, they act oblivious and say they can't credit back the difference nor they can give me credit and nor they can give me a free of anything. They don't even try to rectify the problem. At McDonald's, no questioned asked they honour the problem n rectify it in any manner! This is why McDonald's will always have better service than wendys stouffville. I will stop buying from this location...other wendy locations are better then thos location. I rather give no star!!!

My co-workers and myself walked in and all ordered Spicy Chrispy Chicken meals. Got back to the job site and noticed the Chicken was absolutely raw!!!! WATCH OUT YOU DONT EAT RAW CHICKEN FROM THIS LOCATION. Zoom into my picture to see the rawness of the Chicken. I have never had a worse experience from a fast food place in my life.

Monday December 12, 2022 I ordered the chicken snack wrap and medium fries by drive thru mobile order pick up and my wrap wasn't wrapped properly and we waited around 3 minutes until there was someone at the speaker to serve us, on top of that there wasn't enough people inside working which is probably why the wrap wasn't wrapped properly. The medium fries were good though, it wasn't overcooked.Overall it's okay

I went through the drive thru last night and ordered a sour cream and chives potato, a chilli and fries with some plum sauce. I got home to realize I didn’t get any cutlery, sour cream and the plum sauce I specifically asked for. I came back through the drive thru asking for my sour cream and plum sauce. They barely even listened to what was wrong with my order. Anyways needless to say the customer service was horrible.

Been coming here for 7 years. Last visit at 9:30pm Thursday. Customer service recently went downhill. Had to wait 5min at the counter just to take my order. Top it off, Indian workers making fun of you in Hindi among each other. I may not look like the ethnicity but I can understand the language very well. Disgusting workers.Also, someone let them know every black man who grew up in Canada knows what “kala” means

While I understand that restaurants have good days and bad ones, this facility needed a lot of work. Employees were standing around. All the tables were dirty. Fruit flies, a dozen at least were circling the napkins/drink station/garbage. Floor needed to be mopped and swept. I normally have great experiences at Wendy's, today wasn't one of them.

Hi there, I was here the other day and there was an Indian gentleman that I believe was a manager. (Mayan I think was his name , unsure of the spelling) ... He is a very helpful and professional person as the cashier made an honest mistake and over-charged me. Mayan noticed and pointed it out when he could have said nothing because I did not notice. People like Mayan deserve more recognition in the workplace for their kindness and hard-work.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich here. But I’m pretty sure it wasn’t at all what I ordered and it tasted terrible. The chicken patty was too firm. When I saw the patty, I was so disgusted that I ate part of the sandwich. I really wanted to throw up. I was so hungry but I couldn’t eat it. I threw it away and I will never come back here again.

Food is good but the place is disgusting! There are food crumbs everywhere, ripped chairs and flys everywhere! The only good part about dine-in is the drink dispenser! So if you are going to this Wendy's location i'd recommend just going in the drive-thru.

Very generous 3 stars. Burgers are fine what you expect. Would be 4 stars if the breakfast was not so dreadful.The breakfast dry dry dry only enjoyable thing about the breakfast was my beverage to wash it down. Probably should have returned it. It was very sad.Did not know I could suffer a worse breakfast than Tim Hortons.
