I had new blinds installed a few weeks ago and not only did Gordon give me great advice to help me decide what to choose, he arranged the install around my schedule. The whole process from the first call for an appointment to the installation was easy and everyone at Budget is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone who needs to new blinds!

Budget Blinds Penticton fitted our windows with the top down/bottom up blinds & we love them. Gordon installed the blinds. He was professional & efficient. Gordon was able to come into our home with samples of different styles & colours. He made suggestions as to what blinds would look best, which was awesome for us because we really had no idea what we wanted! I would recommend Budget Blinds to everyone. A great service at a good price. Thanks BB!

Our experience with Budget Blinds was positive at every touch point. Staff in the store were friendly and knowledgeable. So too for the sales person who came to our home to review our options, take measurements, and provide pricing. The installation specialist was quick, clean, punctual and efficient. The blinds are better than we expected and our room is more functional now that it is better temperature controlled, and our furniture is no longer subject to fading from the strong sun. Our experience with Budget Blinds was very positive.

I had a great experience with sales and installation and I love my new blind. Had a dreadful experience with one of their competitors before finding Budget. I had expected a lower quality considering the name but this is definitely a high end blind. When I'm ready to replace the rest I will definitely buy from Budget.

Love my new blinds. After being in our home forv12 years we finally decided on ordering some blinds.Gord came to the house, when Covid restrictions were lifted. He was very helpful in choosing style and color. His measurements were bang on. His patience with my indecisiveness was wonderful.Installation was on time and professional.I called to have them come back and check a couple of concerns and they were prompt and informative. Great service, would recommend budget blinds and their team for any blind needs you have

Very friendly salesperson but all that talking distracts him from the job he should be doing. After measuring and providing us with a quote we accepted. When he arrived to install our 4 blinds in the basement were measured incorrectly and had to be reordered correctly. When he went to install bedroom cellular it was damaged (manufacturer) and had to be reordered to be installed at a later date. New blind arrived several weeks later and was installed. This blind had the same wrinkles but was told it was different and it would disappear over time. We will see, lol!

As new residents in the Okanagan Budget Blinds was essential in helping us choose window coverings that would not only look great, but also be a smarter choice for the hot weather that we were not used to. Gordon was an amazing, friendly sales rep who quickly steered us towards better options for blinds than what we were originally considering. At first I thought that 3 weeks would be too long before we would receive our new blinds, however the time flew by and exactly 3 weeks after Gordon did our estimate our new blinds were installed! Our blinds look amazing and they also help keep the house cool!
