KUPPAJO ESPRESSO BAR
I was in Sudbury for a family reunion recently, and popped in here for a good cup of coffee. I enjoyed the staff, and the space (the plants and art are just lovely) and the coffee/food was fantastic!! The back corner that looks out onto the patio area with all the plants was the most lovely spot. Unfortunately after enjoying my coffee for about 10 minutes, several men nearby began watching Youtube videos incredibly loudly on their phones, which was even more disturbing on top of the oddly loud music for so early in the morning. This really disrupted the enjoyment of my time here so I quickly finished my coffee and left. I went a few times over our stay and had this same experience. I really liked this place, but the other patrons really really killed this experience for me.

I have been frequenting this cafe since June 2022. It's one of my favorite cafes in town. I have tried every coffee they have on the menu, my personal favorite being the Red Eye and the Flat White. Among the cold coffees I recommend the Chai Frappujo. They get their coffee beans from Social Coffee, which is a blend of Arabica. And they have a good quality espresso machine for their coffee. They also get all their tea bags from social coffee, and have a very wide range. I would recommend the 7 treasures and rooibos berry. They have a decent spread of pastries and small bites. And also among the few places that sell frozen yogurt downtown.But what elevates it above other cafes are the staff and the ambience. Over the past several months I have had numerous interesting conversations with Finn, Janik, Janca, Caitlyn, Andrea, Derek, April and others who are very welcoming. The owner Betty-Ann is very attentive and takes good care of the place. She ensures a good standard of hygiene.If there is anything I would like to change about this place, then it's their closing hours. They switched it to 6 PM instead of what used to be 7 PM, and that they close an hour earlier on Sundays. And sometimes they are closed without a proper advance notice.But overall, it's one of the best cafes in town. And they have produced a lot of repeat customers like myself over the years for good reasons.

Got two exceptional coffees expertly made. And I’ve tried many many cafes. The espresso and milk they used were very tasty.Also got the cinnamon muffin and holly smokes it’s unforgettable. Solid cafe with super nice vibe.

My first time in Sudbury this weekend, I ventured to the closest cafe for breakfast this morning. Got the breakfast bagel sandwich recommended by the staff and loved it! I also got a mocha to go and they even agreed to fill my water bottle for me :)I went back for dinner and picked up the picnic sandwich , and as usual the recommendation was on point:)Thank you to the team that runs this very welcoming cafe!!

KUPPAJO ESPRESSO BAR
Ordered the Peter Piper Grilled Cheese for myself and three co-workers. We paid just shy of $69.00 for 4 sandwiches (including the deliver and tip). They were made with basic rye sandwich bread...such a small sandwich for the money. I've had this sandwich on several other occasions in the past and it was always made with beautiful deli rye bread. If this is now the standards for their sandwiches I (nor my co-workers) will order from here again. Very sad as we love to support local.

Great atmosphere, good seating, good cold drinks. Was disappointed to see I had to put my own sugar and cream into my coffee even after tipping on an iPad. The prices are okay, they aren’t overpriced or cheap. The food was surprisingly good.

Awesome little spot in the heart of the city. I didn't know what to expect when I approached the shop thanks to a recommendation from my niece, it isn't much from the outside, but once I stepped through the doors it transformed. I loved the many plants, the seating options, the food (had the chicken prosciutto panini and a mixed berry muffin) and the drinks! We had a Macha latte (hot) and a caramel Frappuccino (cold).Give this place a try! You won't regret it.

Super cool atmosphere, cappuccino was delicious and so were the sweets. Had some cool vegan options too. Stopped in by fluke but will definitely be going again
