Connect Hearing

The experience of being tested at the Connect Hearing Clinic in the Mission District Calgary, and the subsequent receiving of my oh so wonderful Phonak Hearing Aid devices went exceptionally well.Jessica, at reception, welcomed me in on each of my visits, answering my many questions and ensured that the transition to the audiologist went quickly and smoothly.Working with Clare, my designated Audiologist was a treat. She is completely knowledgable in the field, and clearly descriptive with the explanations of the hearing tests and the pairing of the hearing devices. There was truly no additional, nor unwarranted pressure for me to agree to, or sign on for the devices.If one is in the market for such services, Connect Hearing is most definitely highly recommended.Respectfully, Brad K

I just started using hearing aids for the very first time, and I'm very happy with the change and improvement in my hearing.The staff of Bow River Hearing, but particularly Doug Hoyer is excellent providing honest advise and recommendation on the use of hearing aids. Doug has been very patience and knowledgeable during the process and was able to answer all my questions.I feel supported by him and all the Bow River Hearing staff and I'm glad I chose them.

Dr. Mokrian is the best. I definitely recommend this clinic if you have any hearing problems.

Excellent! Suzanne was nice and friendly and very helpful all the time. Glad that I have her as my audiologists. Would like to see her again next time when I go back to do the fitting of my new hearing aids. She is wonderful! Thanks!

My first visit for hearing test. Very nice staff and the attention I get from the specialist is amazing as she explained the tests and answered all my concerns to my satisfaction. Very recommend place, Hope see in next year for follow-up and evaluation. Thank you Lina.

First time I went there, they made arrangements to get me tested as fast as possible. Then they didn't push me to buy the hearing aids, but offer me to test it for a week, and I really appreciate that, because that made me realize how much help that will give meThank you for everything.

Highly recommend Bow River Hearing. Professional and helpful staff. Lacey was very helpful in helping me find a second pair of hearing aids. Any time over the past five years that I have needed help, they have been there. They take care of their customers.

I had such an amazing experience! I got in for a hearing test within a couple weeks, Lacey did my testing and was amazing and clear at what she was explaining to me, helping me understand what my results where. I told them I am leaving Calgary to go home on the 26th and don’t know when I would be back and they fit me in at the earliest they could before I had to leave! Got my hearing aids today (feb 23rd) and the staff that helped me today (Alison and doug) were great! Helped me show how to clean them, how to remove and insert them as I am a first time user, as well as help make sure the sound quality was great and they were working properly! I highly recommend this place! This is my first time since I was 7 (24 now) getting my hearing checked!

Thank you so much for the staffs of Bow River Hearing - 2210 2St SW. I am very happy to talk with them, especially Lacey and Alison. They are very kind and nice explaining my problems of hearing in a very detail way. The place is clean and organized. Also, the receptionist was polite and helpful. Overall, I had a very excellent experience and highly recommend this place.

Good fast service friendly staff. Hard to get a hold of them office hours are different from ones online to the door. When you a call it’s hit or miss if someone will answer the phone even after calling more than once. Better communication and updated hours on the door would be better.
