Jay and Aaron went over and beyond to help me have a great experience when my pump broke while on vacation in BC. Not only did they help me check to see which electric pump would work for my SUP Board, they stayed late and ended up helping me leave a satisfied customer.Thanks again so much to both of you and for your excellent customer service!

The staff was really patient and helpful. We received an exchange without any further issues after our console didn't perform as well as we had intended. In the future, I'd suggest this place to everyone.

We bought an electric scooter in June. We had a great experience with the sales person. After about a week or so we had an issue with the rear tire. My son had wore it out and had a flat spot on it. So I spoke to them about the warranty to see if this covered not expecting it would be but Jason texted me and said they will replace it when it arrived. So I waited. I could have easily replaced this myself but decided to wait for the tire. I checked on them 3-4 weeks in and had a hard time getting a response but he finally got back to me and said it was not there yet. 6 weeks in contact them again and no response. 7 weeks I finally got in touch with him and told me they have a problem with shipment. I understand that this is an issue but not responding to me just made me feel like I was being ignored in purpose. I told him that I decided to replace it myself. I could save myself some unnecessary grief. I do support small businesses but be aware of the troubles you might get from warranty services, probably beyond their control.

Sold them heroclix the other day , a rather large lot . Was given a price of $1 each by someone within the company but when it came time to honor there agreement they decided to go back on there word . Contacted management and after speaking with them was told they will speak with the owner never to call me back . Very very sad company to deal with seems too many deck hands and no captain to lead the ship. Would not recommend them to anyone .No one was happy I felt cheated and ripped of and like you I also have bills and kids to feed so was left with no choice. it was a $1 a piece with a 50/50 trade . I Seen your add you have them listed $2-25 when you payed less then .50cents a piece . Money and how things sell are not my problem we had an agreement I would expect you to uphold that agreement. Your manager couldn't even give me the common courtesy as to a phone call back .. and from reading your other reviews it's a common practice. Even your store clerks agreed an agreement was made so it should have been up held and the person who the arrangement was made should have been held responsible.When you walk into a store and see something that's marks $150 when it should be $350 and someone wants it at the marked price you honor the price and hold who ever did the price checks responsible for the mistake. I could care less how busy you are there's a right way to do business and what you guys did was not

When buying a PS4 Pro and some pokemon cards, the staff was amazing and helpful. Definitely NOT repackaged, the trainer box was in great condition and had incredible impacts.

I recently bought a Splinter Cell collector's item from them. The employees there are nice and very knowledgeable with the products they sell! Would definitely come back for more stuff that I am interested in.

Closed every single time I come even when hours online and on door says open. Waste of time coming to this store just go somewhere that's Actually open when they say they are
