Horrible Flowers but even worse service. ZERO stars. You'll get a better bouquet @ No Frills or WalMart. When I called to complain about the half dead, wilted flowers the manager didn't even have the courtesy to call us back. Avoid @ all costs!!!

This place was an absolute nightmare to deal with, Brides Beware! Within a one year time period, this shop has been through 3 florists. They did not have any of my wedding information documented or on file; I had given a deposit, which nobody had record of, I was actually asked if I had proof that I paid a deposit. I was also provided 2 quotations, which nobody had records of, and was also asked to provide, as there were no records of these on file either. If it wasn't for me following up on my flowers, my wedding date would have came and I would've had no flowers because there was no record of me anywhere. According to the owner, I was misquoted by 2 of their florists and the pricing they then proceeded to provide me was almost double of what their 2 previous florists had provided. This was the most unprofessional business I have encountered and would not recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service! Lovely flowers and always has something made that is just perfect for all occasions. Cute store, modern and very stylish, helpful staff, but not wheelchair accessible and not too much parking out front but there is parking lot in the back.

Wonderful flower shop! The flowers were so fresh and the staff was super happy to help me put together a bouqet for my friend. I didn't even have to call in advance and they were willing and able to help out. I thought it was at a really affordable price as well!

I have ordered flowers from here for my friend's birthday for the last few years. The arrangements are always beautiful! The customer service is excellent! I highly recommend New Blooms Floral and Event Design!

Stopped in today looking for a particular plant, young girl couldn't even be bothered to take out her ear buds to respond back to me.
