Our basement flooded due to a broken sprinkler manifold Donna and Fikru were outstanding. They were professional, thorough in explaining the process, and called or confirmed with me each day with a time and a plan. Highly recommended and truly appreciated their empathy during a really frustrating occurrence

My dishwasher sprung a leak underneath ,which then water was leaking under my flooring, which I wasn’t aware off.Months later I noticed some of the laminate was separating.I called Rainbow Restoration and spoke with Terry, He was pleasant , easy to talk to and understood my concerns.He told me there could be a possibility of mold after this length of time,then I was very concerned..Nxt day he sent one of his employees to come to my place to test for mold.Taya was Amazing! So Professional and a positive attitude! A thorough job done and pictures were taken for insurance purposesShe answered all my questions and concerns I had.Luckily no Mold! They were very professional they understood my needs theyl the young lady named Donna that helped with the job was amazing gave me all the facts told me what I need to know and was very polite and courteous I would have Donna back in my home anytime she was a pleasure

Curtis at Rainbow just did our floor repair and they did an amazing job! They went over and above what was already installed for our floors. Shocking how quick they were, and very organized, really professional. Even suggested rebuilding an ugly edge on our stairs, which they definitely didn't have to and it looks 100% better!

Having a sewer backup in a carpeted room was bad to say the least, but the help we recieved from Rainbow Restoration was excellent. Terry was such a calm, helpful presence over the phone. He gave straightforward information and pricing and was ready to get a team out to us same day and at a much lower price than other companies that specialize in water cleanup.Teyha and Kamal, the workers that came to our home, were polite, kind, and professional. Teyha answered all my questions and reviewed the work they had completed and the follow up that would be required. The work area was left spotless and the sanitizer they used didn't have a strong odor, which is a bonus in a basement space!I can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone dealing with water damage in their home.

I have a type A" personality so I'm very particular about how work is done and done right. I have had Rainbow International (Saskatoon Branch) do a number of jobs for me over the last few years and I would recommend their services to anyone. I can't say enough about Curtis. He is very knowledgeable in his work and is always easy to reach with any questions one may have regarding the work being done. Rainbow is very quick

Curtis was extra helpful. We needed a water damaged ceiling repaired ASAP. He made it work, excellent communication we were in the loop the whole time. When done it was better than new. Thank you

Rainbow took the bid from SGI for our water damage claim. They came quickly and the fan techs were very nice. We erroneously assumed that as a restoration company, they would handle, after us pointing it out, the fact that our water heater still looked to be leaking after we attempted to turn it off. They exaggerated what would be submitted to SGI to us, leaving us surprised to see what they did submit to SGI. I was not impressed that I had to push for someone to come check for wetness before a long weekend as I got the sense that they wanted to leave their equipment at our house so we'd be forced into three extra days of rental charges. Thanks to the large restoration bill that we were also told would have some days taken off, we made the SGI claim which is frustrating when we could have rented fans ourselves for way less.

Rainbow restored my commercial space from a major flood that happened this January 2022.The team did a phenomenal job.Terry and Curtis are so knowledgeable, professional and excellent communicators!They were reliable, always on time, promptly returned my calls and text messages and guided me patiently through the process.Donna carefully handled the details of my loss of contents and coordinated the move in process smoothly.This Rainbow team relieved a lot of my stress during this crisis.I’m so grateful for their hard work and the beautiful renovations/repairs of my space.10*

Everyone is treated respectfully at the office. I must say that Rainbow employees are not a team rather a family. At various occasions, I had opportunities to accompany Mr Curtis, Mr Terry, and Mr Orod. They are super experienced in their domain and able to manage customer requirements.
