Not happy with this place. The last 4 times o ordered. Inclufing yhis time. Thtoigh Uber eats. Ive not recoeved my food.I just ordere atound 11pm and it just arrived. I ordered a big mac meal, with large fry, and large drink with mcdouble on the side. It artive 5 mins ago. ( so almost an hour. ) no food. Just the drink. Conveniently the location is closed and phone isnt working. Uber eats is giving me the run around.I have been going to this mcfonalds steadly over the past 4 uears. And now i basically just had 35$ stolen from me from both companiesIt is nothing but pure theft.

Ordered off doordash and my sandwich was missing. Reading others reviews, it seems this happens all the time. I went to the storefront to get my missing sandwich and was ignored and dismissed. The manager finally came out to speak to us and agreed finally to make the sandwich. He begins making everyone else’s orders except for mine. A coworker had to literally yell at him to make our sandwich because we had been waiting for too long and enough is enough. At least that guy was nice. Never going here again.

As I was waiting for my order, I went to go fill up my drink at one of the two fountains inside this restuarant. I went to the right fountain and filled up my drink with orange fruitopia. While it was filling up, I noticed quite a few flies hovering around the dispensers but it never really bothered me. So once my drink was done filling up, I closed it, grabbed my order and went home. After finishing my meal and my drink almost done, I opened the lid of my cup only to discover a fly floating in it. I was disgusted and shocked now knowing that I had consumed something with a dead fly in it. Although the food was great and prepared well, I'm not pleased with this and hope you guys can take this into consideration and hopefully do a better job a keeping a clean restaurant.

I drive by this restaurant and it's supposed to be open 24 hour drive-thru everytime I go buy it it seems to be closed and not open. This morning for once it was open so I went and ordered a coffee and a hash brown. It took 10 minutes to get served I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. Hashbrown was what I thought I was waiting for but it ended up being the coffee I was waiting for. Both were Stone cold. I drive by another restaurant in Hull. Will be going there from now on.

Food as the standard of the brand, I love their spicy poutine, the service is a little bit slow and sometimes the staff receive friends-customers that have privileges (shorter queue), the environment... Good facilities, but need personal for cleaning, the floor is sometimes (not always) a little sticky and tables not very clean. The place is nice for buying takeaway food.

The food and service were fine. The inside of the restaurant was absolutely freezing cold. Ate quickly and left.
