Stopped here to grab a bite. We ordered through the app while we were in store. We ordered two Pizzas and some cheesy bread. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous, the place was very very clean.Live updates on the screen is good too so you know when you go get your pizza.I do have to say that even with me being in store, ordering from the app they still forgot a couple of toppings. I had two very tired and hungry kids with me and so instead of waiting another 15-20 minutes we ate and left.I would recommend the store but I would also suggest check the pizza before you leave the facility.

Always having a problem with this store. Either they mess up our toppings or give us wrong pizza. Today we ordered parmesan bites and it was undercooked and dry. Probably they forgot to add butter/oil and directly kept it in oven. As you can see in pictures, the seasoning is all in box and nothing on the bites. Bites are not even separated. No seasoning, no oil/butter, tasteless and dry bites. How am I supposed to eat this? Service 3/10. Had to wait 10mins and noone was even giving me my order even though it was ready and boxed.

I have frequented this establishment many times on my lunch. Unfortunately, my last visit was incredibly disappointing. Although we were in person and placed the order at the counter, our order did not get entered for a minimum of 20 minutes.We were almost late returning from lunch.The food quality was poor. The pasta dishes were only half full. The pasta dishes were also very dry, without much care to the quality of the food.The counter staff were rude and unattentive.

I ordered 8 wings tonight but we got 6 in the box. They were usually good at fixing their errors (which has been plenty in our experience). But tonight, I called they said don’t eat the 6 wings, return it and we will send you 8 wings and it’s gonna take 40 minutes. No apologies at all and even though I already waited 40 minutes for the first delivery, I am still sitting hungry for another 40 minutes until 8 pieces arrive.

Sent the incomplete order and the manager Drew" was not at all cooperative. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills. Drew will ruin this business for the franchisee owner. He has zero respect towards customers."

We ordered pizza from this location, ordered to make it well done. And we got toppings burned. We understand that it can happen but when we call them and try to explain them…. The guy was very rude. I was talking super calmly and he is keep behaving so rude. He is literally saying that if you don’t know the meaning of well done then don’t order it from next time!!! …….i guess burning toppings doesn’t mean well done.

If you order delivery make sure you have the money right there and then. Normally I like speedy delivery but if I'm ordering $150 worth of food give me time to run to the bank and get money. Plus 20 minutes to make an order that size and deliver it is quite suspicious.
