Had them out today and have to say very good Kids or I should say young Men. Very professional and glad to see a young Apprentice learning a very good trade. I would encourage and recommend all Veterans and everyone else to use this company. This company is very friendly and am very happy to have found them. I am very happy with them and If I was not would not write them a review being a Air Force guy I feel I can say this company is Honorable and cares about their customers

I highly recommend this company. I called up Grant Ward and discussed my needs on the phone which he gave me a fair price and did everything he said he was going to do. Grant and his staff did my job on 10 acres of property quickly, and had the final information in my hands right after completion.

I contacted Grant Ward for a time dependent survey involving property lines, trespassing and litigation. He was provide maps and steel stakes this was to commence November 16. 2020 . In the course of this not one document was provided to me no contract, no description of work no invoice no maps. Not one document, not one piece of paper. After about a 2 weeks a lone novice laborer was sent out to the site, I had to show him the monuments, the corners , preexisting stakes. At that first encounter he said he was new and didn’t know what or how to do the job. He did some digging and gave up. Time was running out on the required stakes and maps. Then about another week later another different young man came with the previous novice and attempted to do the work required but due to bad scheduling the started late in the day about 3pm, it is now December and light fads early. In addition they had a gps device that they needed to use that was not functioning proper and maps and location points they needed, supplied by Grant Ward were wrong and unusable. There were many trips to the site each one was late in the day after other jobs were complete. After many attempts they were supplied with monument points over a quarter of a mile away. Now a few days before Christmas they had not provided the stakes or maps that I contacted for and the purpose for the maps and stakes had expired. Yes the term time is of the essence was communicated to and agreed to. Then I was called to his office and we renegotiated the job. I still wanted the stakes and map but added an additional corner stake and several intermediate stakes ( for clarification I asked for t posts what they provided was 1/2 inch steel stake and wood lath stakes projecting one foot to 18 inches above grade.The spacing of stakes is inadequate farther apart than agree. Payments . The original price was $1200. I made a $600 cash payment before Christmas, work was not coming and was beyond the agreed time. A second $600 cash payment was made mid January. The third addition installment of $500 as cash was paid mid March. Now July 1,2021 the full cash payment of $1700 has been in his hands in excess of 100 days. Upon repeated polite call and appearance in his office his response is”I too busy “ when I ask when? he says “when I get to it”. When I informed him, his in office assistant, his young surveyor that I was going to file suit the young surveyor asked me to detail my demands to prevent the law suit. His response was “will you hold off till next Friday “ I said yes. That was 2 weeks ago

Mr Ward was professional and enjoyable to work with. He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process to me. He also advised us, so that we were able to complete our project within our budget. The prices were on par with competitors, but he was willing to complete our project VERY quickly. (Others were scheduling many months out!) The surveyor from his office was polite, friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company!!

Grant and his team did great work on our property. They were responsive to questions before the job and then took the time after the job was complete to explain the survey and how the markers were setup. I had several questions and all were answered. Without hesitation I would recommend his team to others who need surgery work completed.

I called Grant and his team to verify and mark out the corners of my property in the Dunham Lake area to help locate the correct area to build a shed. I was able to stop by while his surveyors were working the property. They are top notch and through, if I'm ever on a savager hunt I know who to call, they found at least a half dozen different stakes and moments. Nice work! They are friendly and answered all my questions.
