Costco Gatineau is a fantastic store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, making shopping there a delightful experience. The store is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff's welcoming demeanor makes customers feel valued and creates a positive shopping experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Honestly their customer service is nonexistent, by far the worst. I was asking for help from Ian, Ian completely disregards me and has a conversation with a buddy of his. When I asked for help again, he got offended and acting oblivious to my question. Being a person of minority, Ian’s treatment towards me showed nothing but discrimination.

Costco is always a good experience if one shops wisely and with regard for what is needed, not what is new and shiny. I find whatever Costco I go to, they are well managed. Some have less variety than others but they all seem to keep the main stuff in stock.

Great Costco! Organized and clean. Shelves are always full, food court is always jammed packed but that’s cuz they’re food are just as great as any of the other locations.

Edit: No longer as great as it used to be. They now refuse to price-lock (let you pay when an item on sale and get it when they get stock), and they also refuse to do price adjustments (give you a refund if it goes on sale a few days after you bought an item).So, as of now, I'll advise you to only buy on sales, and check out other vendors with a better policy (Home Depot, Walmart, etc). At this point, if the Cashback won't cover my membership, I think I'll just cancel it.Original review:Prices are awesome, and when things go on sale, they become UNBELIEVABLE! .Get the executive membership... A huge warehouse with large product displays. Staff were very helpful and friendly, speaking French and English. Very tidy and clean with ample parking outside. We found everything we were looking for. When in town you gotta stop at this location. It's a good one

A good Costco located 3 min from highway 148. Up sides: self-serve cash machines with no huge line-up. Costco mobility can sometimes offer good deals (remember to scan QR code for virtual lineup). Stock inventory ok (on-sale items that I want are rarely out of stock there). Sell propane gas tank (cheaper than convenience store + tanks sold there come with an indicator that shows how full is the tank -- this is very useful). Can buy tires there too. The ice-cream cones there are huge and nicely done.Down sides: parking lot shared with other stores. No Costco gas station.

The best store to do groceries during this price hike season put on us by corporations.
