I hired Babyfoot for renovations on my sunroom,I ended up with a new constructed sunroom ,which added more support to the foundation of my home ,the team were very helpful and insightful of my needs ,they worked tirelessly even when the weather was not cooperating they delivered great services in a timely manner and stayed on budget while leaving the surrounding clean and safe .Thanks

Project description: build an addition to the house, replace roof trusses and shingles, replace all windows, change interior layout, re-face exterior of the house (stucco), replace/renew 80% of electrical, plumbing, heating systems.I would rate Babyfoot Development with 13 out of 10 rate and not less than that. 10 points is for completing the project within agreed timelines, scope and budget - standard set of successful project attributes; 3 extra points for the following:1. Were able to absorb and work around design/engineering mistakes (made by other contractors and the house owner) at earlier stages of the project. Behaved agile manner (always available, always there, always ready) trying to accommodated sudden requests from the customer into the project.2. Were straight and honest (both financially and technically) from the day one till the end: Didn't try to just make money" when there were possibilities to do so. Didn't try to "cut corners" during actual construction. Refused extra scope (together with own income !!!) where it was not really necessary3. Provided a true customer-oriented approach

Baby foot development was a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful to my best friend for introducing them and I called their services for my New home improvements. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. They built for us kitchen backsplash, accent wall, closet cabinets, butler pantry and a custom curio cabinet. The pricing was reasonable for a very high quality product and workmanship and exceeded our expectations. Paolo and Felix were always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. I would highly recommend their company and their services. Our home looks very beautiful and cozy as well as significantly increased in value from their improvements.

We worked with Babyfoot Developments on an 8500 SF custom home. We had a basic architectural design to start with. Babyfoot was hired to finalize our architectural drawings both from an esthetic stand point as well as meeting our budget expectations. The Babyfoot team did a great job! Within a couple of weeks the updated drawings added functionality and reduced construction costs by tens of thousands. The best part is that Babyfoot inc. completed our project with a 12 month period from the start of construction as promised. Keys-in hand within 12 months and on budget. We would highly recommend using them to avoid any surprises in the design/construction process.

We hired Babyfoot for an extensive residential renovation. Everything was on time, budget, and completed to perfection.The partners, who are engineers, were actively involved in the planning process and suggested changes to maximize every inch of space. Their tradespeople were knowledgable, detail-oriented, and used quality materials.Service was quick, responsive, and tailored. Felix, Paolo, and their team were just a phone call, e-mail, or text away. They were happy to offer design suggestions from an engineering or aesthetic perspective, which was very much appreciated. They were also candid and transparent, which was refreshing and even more appreciated.This was the first time that a renovation has gone without incident for us. We did not need to supervise anyone or check their work (sadly rare in these kinds of projects these days), because Felix, Paolo, and their team are just as dedicated to perfection. The work has held up all these years later, and everything looks just as new as the day the project was completed.Working with these guys was a breeze and we would absolutely hire them again!

Babyfoot did an excellent job completing a total renovation of a 1960s bungalow through the challenges of the COVID pandemic. The scope included a new floor plan layout, new structural requirements, all permits, new framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, plumbing & mechanical. Exterior work included new windows, siding where required, shingles, eavestrough, soffits & garage floor slab.They were very professional throughout the project, with a strong focus on the details. Meticulous attention was paid to getting things right. High quality materials were used throughout. Amazing customer service and follow up on change requests and inquiries. I highly recommend Babyfoot and would use them again.
