To date i have no issues what so ever. Michelle is is professional (RN), and the home care AID helps in a way I actually need. I am disabled, and so doing laundry down stairs is too much. I am also under a Workers Compensation (WCB) that put me through into this situation. That is all court of Queen's Bench Stuff, but the Ladies have been so perfect despite my stress. We have been dealing with Nurse Next Door in Edmonton for 8 months and couldn't be happier! When my aunt fell and broke her hip, we knew we needed immediate care for Uncle (90 years), and care for Aunty (84 years) when she would return from hospital.My first call with Carrie and subsequent home meeting went extremely well. Carrie included Uncle in all conversations, making us all feel very comfortable. Carrie left us feeling confident that they would be able to find us a match and true to her word, two wonderful nurses were found for us. Binki and Narcisa have been AMAZING!! They both have become like family. They are both dependable, respectful, caring and very competent and most of all know how to handle Uncle ina caring way even when he is cranky.Communication with the scheduling team and invoicing girls is also amazing.We would highly recommend Nurse Next Door !!

I had a lovely experience with Nurse Next Door and would highly recommend them! Carrie was very attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for for care after my surgery. She matched me with Narcisa and she was perfect! Narcisa was so great to have at home such a huge help and with my teenage girls as well.
